Good location, pretty comfortable and clean. Large outdoor space.

Location was great, quiet block. Good size outdoor space

The internet quality was terrible, we couldn’t even download our boarding passes. There was a sort of stale odour like the place had been locked up for a long time- perhaps an airing before guests arrive would help

Great area and enjoyed the cafes, shopping and closeness to other areas.

Location great

Reception gave the wrong key to access the property and had to go back. Also I was not able to return the key as the key return area was not open at the advertised time. I had to arrange for someone else to return the key before I could leave the area on my return trip.

Great stay in Kingscliff, good family style accommodation, central to all we needed, lovely.

Great location, well appointed with everything we needed, just like at home. Close to the beach nd shops. I was very satisfied with our accommodation.

Maybe a few cleaning products like toilet cleaner, kitchen spray would be handy. Plus an oven cloth aa my husband nearly burnt his hands.

Great location close to most things. Just needs to be advertised with what you actually get in the unit.

The unit had a lovely covered outdoor area to sit. It was about 10 minutes walk to the bowling club and about a 12 minute walk to the pub and shops. The bed was very comfortable and the u it was clean.

When we booked the unit it stated there was parking but on receiving the confirmation we found out that the garage was locked and we had to park on the street. Usually this was not a problem but if you arrived back late afternoon it was very hard to get a park as so many residents live in the area. The unit was advertised with a dishwasher and tumble dryer but they were not in the unit. There was free wifi which was really bad as it seemed to come and go. The password we were given on check in was not the correct one for the wifi. The kitchen tap needs to be fixed as it moves around when using it. The step from the back door to the verandah needs to be a different colour as it’s a trip hazard as it blends in to the floor.

Very relaxing comfortable stay.

Good location. Nice quiet Unit. Great hot water showers. TV channels good selection.

The air conditioner smelled of smoke and we could not use it. The tap in the kitchen is loose and was difficult to turn on. The bedrooms were not cleaned properly with food packaging and drink bottles left under the bed. The tea towel rack is dangerous as the metal rod sticks out past the kitchen bench resulting in my wife ripping her dress.

Very comfortable and great location.

Clean and comfy. Great location. short walk to cafes and beach.

Tripping hazards in living room and back step onto the deck. My mother fell and we all bumped into knee high glass tables which we couldn’t see in the dim light upon entry and throughout our stay. Encountered a bit of hassle picking up keys and although info said we could leave the key in the unit, the booking lady was miffed we hadn’t returned the keys to her. If it was easy to do we would have done it. Parking was on street.
