GHETTO!!!!!!

Nothing!!!

The check in process is the worst, got to the place and it took almost 3 hours for some to respond a text to give us a code. The property is nothing like it looks on the picture. As I was walking to the room there was a couple fight and and people outside of there room that looked like they wanted to rob you.

You will be disappointed if you are expecting to get what is in the picture. good location.

location - is the best thing about the unit we stayed in. a few minutes walk to a beach and decent restaurants.

we stayed in the unit that is pictured. it looks NOTHING like the pictures. The pictures must have been taken when the property was first renovated. you will be disappointed if your expecting what is pictured. the stove is rusted and the burners do not work on any other setting other than high. The pull out couch is lumpy and uncomfortable. The bed in the bedroom was comfy, but I don’t like the idea of a cloth headboard. walls and doors not that clean. parts in the shower falling off. only a few towels were provided for a 4 day stay.

We actually were put in the unit pictured in the photos - it looks nothing like that IRL. Extremely run down, paint chip

Location is great - near a bunch of restaurants, walking distance to beach.

Very run down, staff not super responsive. No smoke detectors!!!

Location was very good and unit was comfortable.

Location was very good!

The bathroom needed extra cleaning and some repairs. The unit also needed an option of cable tv as we could not watch local tv or sports events with Roku.

Pleasant

Clean and comfortable, and a 5 minute walk from the beach.

The walls are exceptionally thin - I could hear the television and the conversation from the next room clearly. If you're a light sleeper this would be problematic.

It was a place used for soliciting sex workers. People knocked on our door throughout the night, it was not private or secluded.

great location, great customer service, just needs some changes to the unit

We liked the location and the customer service was very prompt and friendly if we needed to communicate with them.

While in general the pictures are pretty accurate of the unit, we were a little disappointed in a few things. When we first walked in, we noticed an old musty/ smoky smell. I couldn’t tell if the unit had smokers in before or if the smell was coming from other units. They don’t show a picture of the shower and it needs work done. We also realized after the first night that our sheets felt dirty and there was a stain with residue on the comforter. we requested new sheets and comforter. They said they would leave us new sheets but we never received them. It was generally pleasant but hopefully there can be a few changes made in order to make it amazing for future guests.

Very good

The room was clean and freshly painted much to my delight. The facility is walking or short drive to the beach and restaurants.

Only one TV in the apartment located in the livingroom area. No TV in the bedroom. Made things a little uncomfortable when trying to relax at night.

The apartment was updated and clean and had everything I would want for a nice stay.

I honestly didn’t spend much time at the apt since I was there to see old friends. But it was very comfortable. can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

We were moved last minute due to an apparent grease fire, told it was a “upgrade”, but didn’t feel like it was at all!

good location

smelled of cigarette smoke. All of our clothes and hair smelled of it after. Butts of cigarettes outside the front door. No bedside tables, lamps or plugs.
