Perfect location and the apartment was really spacious. 3 bedrooms, large enclosed balcony area with sliding opening doors to let the outside in. Looks out directly onto the beach and promenade.

2 small lifts, 1 was on the blink and needs work.

Brilliant location differently will stay there again.

wonderful location and very spacious. There is also a really great restaurant at the rear serving very good food in a lovely atmosphere run by Sabine and Luc

the paintwork namely very bad red painting around all frames gave impression of shabbiness. showers and toilet needed refurb. No air on in bedrooms had to sleep in living room to get sleep and keep cool😥

above a very busy pub so no ideal for elderly . And neighbours above us very noisy all night every night on our 5 day stay

apartment a little dated but very clean and comfortable. We could have done with instructions for to be able to use washing machine and we seen no staff to be able to ask for fresh towels or a safe .

It's is right on the beach . clean large and beautiful views, loved loved loved it

the boiler didn’t work we called the maintenance in who came straight away and sorted it but it went again so we couldn’t have hot showers but should be looked into for other guests a f the fridge was leaking so had to wipe it out regular as all the food was getting wet

Location, size of apartment, fantastic view.

Constant hammering and drilling, from 9am to 7pm each day. This was due to the owner of the apartment acquiring new apartments each year to add to her portfolio. Our resident neighbours next door said this had been going on for about two months each year over the last TWELVE years. Would stop me from booking again as you could not nap in the afternoon. A shame really as every other aspect of the apartment was good.

Fantastic location on the sea front. Everything you need.

Dated decor. Bars can be noisy ( not tiki beach but Banana beach bar) quite late.
