I was very happy with teh managers "customer service" attitude. Everything was easy and smooth.

The location was great.. I have a moped so everything is close.

Internet was intermittent, but I managed to work my Job anyways by downloading to laptop when service was good.

Good value for money

Location is around 2km from airport and other tourist spots like Rizal boulevard, Siliman University, freedom park, etc. Room is good enough for 2-3 people. Other amenities like washing machine, fridge, water dispenser are available for common use. AC works well.

Dogs outside the apartment makes it scary to walk outside

Superb

The location is convenient. Close to groceries, restos and a hospital. The place is suprisingly cool inside, I only opened the AC once for guests during my 8-9 days stay there.

Very good

Great room very comfy bed and great air conditioning. Stayed here twice in two different doubles both great rooms spacious coffee provided water provided for no cost. Owner was very blunt and to the point not here to chat but I liked this just gave me the keys and said room and gate and smiled. straight forward exchange really.

Can’t say too much bad about it maybe not very friendly or much going on just an exchange really good room for good price nothing more nothing less.

The shower head was broken , had to hold the shower head to wash, no sheets on bed , no ridge in room, no TV,

Great place to stay for the price

It was near by most everything the water front restaurants were badass thinking about moving there after the visit liked the air-conditioned room and great shower

Pleasant

Two rooms, enough space, table that can be used for working. Good air-conditioning.

Not clean. There was no sleepwear. The furniture in the kitchen zone is broken and empty. A bit smelly.

Exceptional

The place is easily accessible to Silliman. Rooms are clean and has a fridge. The staff is very friendly and you can easily reach out to them. Place is secure with CCTV and gate. Gated community, quiet, and peaceful. Great value for your money! Really easy to find and is near the national highway. Landmarks for commuting make it so easily accessible.

Can't expect 5-star facilities with that good of a price. Still, the fridge, heater, and complementary cups, stirers, and coffee sachet in the room is more than enough to ensure you have a good stay there.

Superb

The host was very accomodating from the booking until the actual stay. Its very accessible since it near at Dumaguete's national road/highway. They allow us to do early check-in and late check out(this has some additional charges which understandable).

Have a reminder that there's cat in the area. We dont have issue with that but the motorcycle we rented has scratches in the seat area which we need to pay for it to be fixed.

Pleasant

A very friendly staff. My room was not spacious but okay. A comfy bed.

A lot of stray and neighborhood dogs barking all night long. Impossible to sleep.

A great place to stay

Everything, especially the friendly host and staff.

No hot shower, which isn't a big deal, as it is very hot here most of the time. But would be nice to have a hot shower after a long day of adventuring.

Good

Room was nice. Don't accept anything fancy as this is a place to have a good sleep. Very close to the center and the pier. I had coffee, kettle, shampoo, soap and even 2 toothbrushes. Lee is a really nice person and runs to bring anything. Wifi works well. Nice restaurants around. Safe neighborhood. .

Towels were smelly. I know it's hard to dry anything specially when it's rainy, but they should find a solution like buying a dryer maybe. I couldn't use them as they smelled so bad.

Peaceful and pleasant. Just wonderful!

Ming Lee is very thoughtful of his guests. Always responsive and easy to talk to. I would come back and stay there in a heartbeat. He made our difficult stay bearable. One of the best hosts I have had the pleasure of knowing. Thanks for everything Ming Lee!

I would suggest that a sink be added at the kitchen area to make washing the kitchen stuff easier.
