Very clean house, with good facilities such as TV, air conditioners in all the rooms. The host was easily reachable.

No complaints

We had problems with WiFi at first but later the service was restored to our satisfaction. There is also a need for chairs on the veranda because the area gets very hot and guests might need fresh air from outside.

Nice accommodation with all the facilities needed for self-catering in the house. Very modern redesigned front fascade and living room. Beds very comfortable and good shower and bathroom facilities.

The location is not far from the town center but no-one knew how to give us directions to the property. It took an hour and three phone calls and several wrong turns to finally get there. Had to pay the host in cash after going to an ATM to get the money.

We made our own breakfast. All utensils were provided and clean . Bathrooms are clean. And so wea the linen

Just missing a pool

My family and I just returned from Zambia last week. While in Zambia, we visited the Victoria Falls/Livingstone from the 21st - 24th of July and stayed at Kasuda. This is a 'self-service' (buy or prepare your own meals) facility/home. If you don't want or don't like to cook, local restaurants are only a short (no more than 10 minutes) drive away. Nonetheless, the lovely host/owner, Sylvia, has equipped the house with all the necessary modern appliances (Microwave, Stove, Refrigerator, electric Kettle, extra) and utensils for anyone to whip up a meal to their heart's content. The house is within a wall fence which gives it extra security and privacy. At night, there is a guard/watchman at the gate. We also had no problems with water or water pressure in the house. The house was clean, clean linen on all the beds, air conditioning units in all the bedrooms, and free Wi-Fi with satellite TV. One other thing I would like to mention is that; instead of hiring a Taxi every day to drive us around town, the host (Ms. Sylvia) rent us her car, for a reasonable daily fee, to use. Overall, we had a wonderful experience staying at this house for all four nights/days we spent in Livingstone. Especially travelling as a family of five, this was a home away from home.

There is really nothing negative to say about this facility and the owner/host, Sylvia. The house was clean, well-secured, with a shaded (by a big Mango tree) backyard if you want to sit outside and relax. The host was welcoming, cheerful and not aloof, responsive, helpful, and accommodating of our needs as travelers. Next time my wife and I visit Zambia/Livingstone again, Kasuda will be on top of our list for accommodation.
