We housed several work colleagues in this condo for an off-site meeting. Each bedroom has its own full bath. Living/dining/kitchen area is one large room that worked well for hosting a larger dinner party. The space is dark, but conveniently located near the rec center and has a shuttle bus that circulates often to take skiers up to Beaver Creek. Hot tubs were not conveniently located so we didn't use them.

The condo was great and very spacious. There was plenty of room for everyone. The living room and dining area was very nice and cozy and were a great place to hang out and play games with the family.

We had a nice stay . Great location, walkable to just about everything in Avon. Good size for a group of 8. Front desk was friendly and helpful.

Overall it's a decent place at a nice location. It's marketed by Evolve and managed by Beaver Creek West. The only minor issues we had was the thermostats were pre-programmed and we could not change the setting so it got pretty warm at night. Also, the dishwasher rack was out of place and did not close properly. We reported both to BC West.

The place was everything we needed to enjoy our week skiing Beaver creek. The kids loved the communal pool, hot tub and sauna. Transportation to the mountain was easiest when we drove or use the public shuttle since we wanted to end up as close as possible to ski school.

Terri’s space was beautiful and more spacious than we even expected! The condo was very clean and slept our group of friends comfortably, and the location was great for getting to Beaver Creek to explore during the day.

There were a number of fans and ceiling fans, although the fan in the master did not work and maintenance was unable to fix it. Other than the heat, very serviceable for our group.
