Very good location with amazing swimming pool also for kids. it’s located at an amazing beach. Quiet and away from mass tourism. Beach restaurant was also very tasty (restaurant little on the expensive side for the area). The style of the apartment is very nice and stylish.

At first glance when we entered the property, everything looked clean. Once we moved in, at second glance we realised that the property wasn’t clean and there was mould in the shower. We informed the owners and the organised a cleaner right away and took care of it. The mould remained. Bed is very uncomfortable.

The location was really good. The apartment is located in a fun, family-oriented resort with access to a large pool, own beach, water park, near a national park with caves, there are other facilities such as a mini-market, restaurant, beach bar, etc. It was a really fun place for the family to chill for a few days and do a bit of walking through the jungle and along the shore. We also liked the lady, Lucia, who checked us in. She was very friendly.

First of all, the price was not transparent at all. After booking the place for X price, we were informed that we also have to pay taxes, electricity, cleaning costs and internet separately, which eventually added up another 60% of the original price and it became much more expensive than any other accommodation we had in DR. Secondly, the apartment is in a horrible state. The first impression is good, it has this oceany-look, lots of decorations, but once you really look around, you will realize it is a very old, musty, mouldy, smelly place, the wood is eaten by termites (literally, they were falling out of the wood on the floor), it is not well taken care of and in a desperate need of renovation (and termite extermination!). The TV was not working. The bed was very uncomfortable, not to mention the sofa which was sold as another sleeping place but was a real horror to sleep on (not only uncomfortable, but squeaky). The cleanliness of the apartment was also very doubtful and there were not even any cleaning supplies to clean ourselves (at least a broom to sweep the floor would come in handy). Sheets we got had holes in them and I was doubtful whether they were even clean. Internet was provided as an extra and does not automatically come with the apartment but the wifi signal was extremely weak and slow and it did not function properly. Overall, I had a very bad impression of this place and advice to anyone travelling to choose literally any other place in this resort but this apartment.

amazing location and the outside facilities are in excellent condition, beach is just steps away from the apartment and people in the residence are very nice and sympathetic!

the kitchen, especially the stove was old and dirty, furthermore the shower was dirty, and not acceptable at all!

The host was extremely welcoming and helpful. She helped us with some other stuff aswell like arranging a taxi to Santo Domingo. The room size was very big. Almost all cooking accessories were available. Hot water was available. We decided to stay one night less and the host was kind enough to refund 50% of that specific night.

The room was in a resort. The resort itself was a big no for me but if you want something very quiet and dull then it will probably suit you. The towels & bed sheet were not clean. The water in the bathroom tap was low in pressure and salty. As it was not a hotel, there was no soap, tissue etc provided. The location was very off. Nothing within walking distance. You definitely need a car or a taxi will charge you USD 10 for a 2 mins ride. The curtains in the bedroom were very sheer and were of no use. Lastly, not something the host could control but too many mosquitos in the area.

Very nice design of apartment. Everything available on a kitchen for you to live as at home.

No internet at all. The apartment wasn’t sparkling - you can find spots everywhere. The condominium location is the last. So nothing protects you from mosquitoes. On both sides from the condominium there are no hotels. It was a journey full of fights and blood. Still feel not good after that. The beach doesn’t have a good enter to the water. There are stones in the sand.

The apartament is spacious and clean, perfect for the family, the beach and aqua park( open from Monday to Sunday) are very close...so the kids can't be bored. The host Lucia Maria is extremely helpful...we have never seen such a nice and helpful person! Special thanks and greeteings to Maria Lucia :-))) we strongly recommend the place !!! We'll definitely come back some day 😀😃🙂

This is the ultimate family beach condo. A few feet from an enormous pool and a few more to the prettiest beach on the island. Great food, cold beer, friendly service all while sitting in paradise.
