Nice size great room, gas fireplace ,breakfast area, full galley kitchen,laundry room with washer and dryer , front porch with rocking chairs and nice size privacy fenced backyard with stamped concrete patio, gas grill, and a table accommodating 6 . No steps necessary to enter unit .Parking for 2 vehicles(tandem). This is a duplex . Neighborhood : Stono Park is a convenient but quiet neighborhood comprised of single family homes,duplexes and townhomes . The neighborhood is located within miles from historic Charleston and 11 miles from airport.. There is a nice and kid friendly park 3 houses away . The greenway, which is a 15 mile jogging,cycling and walking trail is located 1 block behind the duplex . There are restaurants and taverns located within walking distance . Within 5 miles to downtown Charleston. We love animals but pets are not allowed . Please limit smoking to the front covered porch or back yard . Thanks!

The pictures of this place are deceiving. It’s a complex with people above and every time they move you can hear them. Also extremely outdated.

The property was amazing! If you can even call this a complaint, my only suggestion would be to have living room furniture thats more comfortable and suited to 2 couples. While it was absolutely beautiful, it just wasnt real practical. We definitely would rent this property again.

This is a top notch property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I had some concerns as my partner and I were with my elderly parents. It was my mother’s first trip since she started to use a wheelchair. However these concerns were quickly erased when we arrived at the property. It was very accessible for her. The property itself is lovely. Very well maintained, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully stocked. I especially appreciated the plentiful quality towels in each room as well as things like Kleenex, toilet paper, dish and hand soap. I have stayed in many places that are not as well stocked as this was. The owner was a pleasure to deal with during the reservation process. My partner and I like to walk and the property is on a pretty street with a small park nearby. It was very easy to get into downtown Charleston by car. I would definitely stay again should we return to Charleston.

The property was clean and comfortable. It was well-equipped with all the necessities and also provided travel info and a small book library. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to all the tourist sites. We did not get to use the grill and patio as it was raining, but it would be really nice in nice weather.

This condo was perfect for our mother daughter trip to Charleston. The host had maps and tips/tricks for navigating parking and for locating downtown attractions. It was easy to get around and we always felt safe when we returned home.

The perfect option for a long weekend in Charleston. Cute, clean, comfortable! Very close to all of Charleston’s amenities and a quiet neighborhood. We had an “operator issue” with the Wi-Fi and the owner’s daughter came over and fixed it! I can’t recommend this place high enough. Thanks so much!

The location was perfect, not far from the Historic District and an easy ride to visit the Plantations. The Owners were friendly, professional, and answered all our pre stay questions. The size of the Guest House was great. Having two Masterbedroom/bathrooms worked perfectly for two elderly women. Highly recommend.

We booked this place to be close to the coliseum but it ended up being the perfect spot for everything. Close to several good restaurants and a short drive into historic Charleston area. Everything we needed was provided. Overall it was great.

Well, I only have great things to say about your place! Everything was there for our convenience from the plush towels, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, shampoo, coffee, you name it! This hostess has thought of everything to make you feel at home! And you are so close to all Charleston has to offer. A must stay place if you are going there. We WILL be back :-)

This house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and looks as shown in the photos. Near restaurants and grocery stores and a short 15 minute drive to downtown Charleston, less than 1/2 hour to Folly Beach. Very clean and well appointed. Communication with the host was excellent and check in was easy. Would book this property again!

As listed, the property was spacious and comfortable. Loved the living room and outdoor spaces, although with the rain we did not get to use them like we wanted. Quiet neighborhood and an easy ten minutes from downtown Charleston. Hosts responded to questions promptly. Would definitely come back.

We really enjoyed this home. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable and all the amenities you could possibly need/want! Neighborhood was nice and peaceful, we enjoyed sitting outside in the evening. And so centrally located, everything was close by. If you are looking for a place to stay in Charleston, we highly recommend this home! Thank uou!

The mattress in the front bedroom needs to be replaced and the fire place was a disappointment. The house needs a little cleaning in areas ( dusting ..etc )The property manager was extremely helpful.

We loved everything except the check out policy requiring that we do all laundry including towels and sheets prior to our departure. This was not communicated to us prior to booking the VRBO. We had planned to leave in the early am but had to delay our departure to do chores - which should be covered by the cleaning fees - COVID19 is now part of our normal lives (like the flu, common cold, etc) and should not be utilized to make the guest do part of the cleaning. I routinely use VRBO and have not been asked to do all the linen washing, drying, folding, etc in any other place
