Beautiful and full equipped apartment with balcony, located at the best area of San Jose, at historic and eclectic Barrio Amon, house of many gourmet restaurants, cafes, art galleries, The Institute of Cinema with free films, etc. Within walking distance to the main sights of downtown, the Gold Museum, The Jade Museum, The National Museum, The National Theater, The National Center of Culture, the Central Market, etc. The apartment has a full equipped kitchen, with granite countertop, dining table, chairs and bed made in fine woods, hot water, wifi, cable TV, bathroom with rain shower, washing machine, full bed with pillow top mattress, fan in ceiling of the bedroom, a very comfortable sofa bed The apartment has a private view to the city zoo Simon Bolivar, you will be listening all kind of birds from your f private terrace. It is located in a very quiet and safe area. The hop on hop off bus stop is only four blocks away.

We found the property exactly as described - plenty of room for the two of us and very clean. Walkable to most attractions. Juan Carlos was very helpful and welcoming. He arranged for secure parking for our stay which was much appreciated. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

I rented this apartment for 2 weeks while having dental work. Stayed alone for the first week and was joined by my daughter and granddaughter for the second. This place was perfect for our needs. Bed was comfortable and the fold-out sofa wan't bad. The patio was perfect for morning sun. But the very best part of this stay was the property manager who was responsive to my questions, had great recommendations for things to do, and made driver arrangements for out of town travel. Would surely stay here again!!!
