Located in Barcelona, this lovely condo for $866 per night is a great choice for your next break. IMPORTANT INFO COVID-19 My apartments are cleaned and disinfected after every stay according to local cleaning guidelines. Minimal human interaction on check-in. Our building has a concierge who will open the apartment door for guests upon arrival. In order for our guests to find their way around the apartment, I have created a video check-in procedure. After a reservation has been made, I will send a link to a video showing instructions. Once guests have checked in, I will call the phone in the apartment to answer possible questions. Request discounts for longer stays The 'Paseo de Gracia C' apartment is a high-quality rental, equipped with designer pieces and top-end appliances. It is located right on this gorgeous and the city's wealthiest avenue. Here on Passeig de Gracia is where all the famous designer brands have their stores. Placa de Catalunia (the center core of the city), the gothic quarter and Las Ramblas are only a stone throw away from the apartment. From the moment that you walk into the beautiful marble entrance of this in 1890 constructed building, you will be completely captivated. This spacious apartment offers 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom comes with a double bed and a huge wardrobe. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds (which easily can be pushed together as a double bed), a big cupboard and a spacious en suite bathroom with bathtub/ shower. The third bedroom is a single room and comes with a desk, a single bed and a big cupboard. Right next to this bedroom is the second bathroom situated which is accessible from the long hallway. The living room of this apartment is large, faces Passeig de Gracia, and even has a balcony from where the visitor can overview the avenue down to Placa de Catalunya; the main square. Further on the living room is equipped with two comfortable sofas which point at a big Plasma TV as well as 2 armchairs. One of the sofas converts in one easy movement into a comfortable double bed. Also in the living room, there is a desk with a chair which comes in handy in case some work needs to be done. A red leather designer chair in the corner is there for kicking back and reading. There is also a big dining table for 6 people (and an extra chair for the 7th person). Kitchen: The fully equipped and modern kitchen offers everything necessary in case guests wish to prepare a meal. All appliances are top brands. At the guests disposal are an induction stove, oven, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, toaster, etc. The apartment is located on the third floor with elevator. The building's community is quiet and there is a very friendly doorman at the entrance. We guaranty that our guests will have a very pleasant stay here. So far we manage three apartments in this beautiful maintained building (Paseo de Gracia C, D, and F) and have the gorgeous Batlló apartment just around the corner. This was a great place to stay. It's in the heart of everything and a 10-15 minute walk to the Gothic District. The place is clean and very spacious. The host is awesome with communication and even arranged taxi service for us. Perfect place to explore the city.

This is a large, modern apartment in a classic building. Despite being located on one of the main streets of Barcelona it is quiet. The property is professionally managed and the process is very efficient. The metro if just across the pavement. Despite being a little small the kitchen is adequate for a holiday stay and the washing machine and dryer are excellent. Well worth tje money.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! Marcel was a great host; we appreciated the excellent communication regarding our stay. The apartment is in a great location, just a short walk to Plaza Catalunya, Sagrada Familia, and Gran Via. The apartment was comfortable for our group of 7 (kids/teen, adults, grandparents), with enough room for everyone. The kitchen was a little small for our crew - but worked fine for us. We ended up eating most meals out anyway. The apartment was very secure. The concierge was great. Overall a great place - we would stay there again and would recommend it to others!

We felt so lucky to have been able to rent this place for our family spring break. We were a family of 5 with 3 older daughters. There are so many dining option and shopping options all around. We did not need to take any transportation because we could walk almost everywhere. The large grocery store in Cortes Ingles was 2 blocks away. The apartment was very nice. Marcel answered all my questions before and during our stay. We felt very safe. I will be recommending this place to all my friends that want to visit Barcelona.

The property was exactly as described, and Marcel was a flawless host. Even though he was out of town during our stay, communication was easy and quick, to ensure smooth check in and check out. His car service arrangements to/from the airport were perfect, and we also took advantage of his neighborhood restaurant recommendations. He even sends you videos showing you how to use the washer/dryer, keys, etc. The property is ideally located right on a Metro stop, but also walking distance to La Rambla and the Gothic Quarter. It was more than enough room for our family of 5, and we highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Barcelona. Thank you Marcel!!

My husband, mother and law and 2 young kids stayed in this apartment and it was wonderful. Location is unbeatable, the doorman went above and beyond to help us and the apartment is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. They also provided a baby cot and high chair so we did not have to rent. Highly recommend.

The apartment was beautiful, the location ideal and Marcel was the perfect host. The apartment is large, has all the amenities one could want or need for the stay and is located next door to the metro on one of Barcelona’s most beautiful boulevards. We are a family of four, with two grown up children, and it suited our needs perfectly The entirety of our stay from booking to departure was faultless; I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marcel and the apartment to family, friends and colleagues and, indeed, already have. And if we are ever lucky enough to return to Barcelona we would definitely try and book this apartment again.

Very convenient location to access all the sites most of which we did by walking. Quiet and clean apartment with written instructions as to how to use the appliances and local services. Marcel the host is also very responsive to any queries and interested in ensuring your stay is enjoyable. We would recommend this location to others.

Apartment was spacious for our party of 5 and excellent location.-we walked to sightseeing, great restaurants and shops. Marcel was a fantastic help booking transfers for us and changing them at the last minute when our flights were changed due to french industrial action - would highly recommend.

Marcel is awesome with his communication. If you need anything he or his staff is there to help you. This is a large 3 bedroom, 2 bath apt with a balcony looking over major shopping, metro, buses and lots of people watching with a huge grocery store only 1 block. Restaurants everywhere. This is the location for a tourist wanting to really enjoy all of Barcelona. Taxi's at the front door and they are not expensive.

We are a family of five adults on an extended vacation in Europe. We stayed in this apartment for three nights. We all wished that we had elected to stay in Barcelona longer. The apartment was perfect in every way. Great location, well organized, and clean. The property manager was always available to us by phone in the event of a problem. Fortunately, there were none. When we travel to Barcelona in the future, we would purposely adjust our trip dates in order to be accommodated in this apartment. Yes, it was that great of a place to stay.

We were very happy with the accommodations of this apartment. It fit our family of 5 very well. We had the king bed made up as 2 twins for our sons to use and our daughter used the back bedroom with a twin and my husband and I had the queen. Marcel provided very helpful short videos explaining how to use items in the house like the washer/dryer which were very helpful. We enjoyed the elevator after sight seeing days where we did a lot of walking. The house was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient as there is a metro(subway) entrance directly in front of the apartment building and it's very near El Born and the Gothic Quarters (walking distance). I'd recommend this apartment.

Marcel was a dream to communicate with. He made our whole experience so flawless. Booked us taxis and gave us excellent recommendations. Check in and check out was so easy. Spacious apartment which was perfect for a family of 4 who needed some room to spread out. Apartment can be a bit noisy at night on the weekends but that’s expected in the heart of town. Easy walk to La Ramblas and metro at your door step. We had the best time in Barcelona! Thank you Marcel!

Excellent location, very clean and spacious with clear directions on how to use appliances and other amenities. Although elevator is small everyone should use it. The marble stairs in the apartment complex are slippery and a family member fell. Be very careful going down these stairs. Other people in the complex told me they fell before too. The host is outstanding! We stayed in 2 other Airbnb places in Spain and this homeaway rental was by far the best.
