Nestled in Wild Dunes, this lovely condo for $330 per night is a great choice for your next break. This spacious and updated one-bedroom, one and half bath villa is perfect for your stay on Isle of Palms. Located in the Mariner's Walk complex within the Wild Dunes resort, this unit is steps away from the pool and a two minute walk from the beach.This condo offers an open layout on two floors for extra privacy with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs and living room and dining areas downstairs. The bathroom has dual access from both the bedroom and hallway and the downstairs sofa offers additional sleeping on a queen memory foam pullout. Downstairs there is an additional half bath. The villa's screened-in patio includes a table and chairs where you can enjoy the ocean breeze while sipping coffee or dining al fresco. The renovated pool for Mariner's Walk has ample space where you can spread out and relax when not feeling the sand in between your toes! Local partners provide rentals for beach chairs and bicycles. From Memorial Day to Labor Day there are 7-night minimum stays, Saturday check-in and outs. Property offers a freshly laundered duvet covers for every guest. Bath Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as a starter kit for the first day which includes toiletries (shampoo, body wash and soap), dish soap, dishwasher tabs, a sponge, toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent. The reservation/administration fee is nonrefundable. We do not give refunds for weather related trip interruptions this includes hurricanes please ask about insurance to cover such events. (MUST BE AT LEAST 26 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).

The community is a great location for hanging at the beach and short drives to good food! Property was clean and welcoming. Furnishings were adequate - bed and outdoor furniture were less comfortable than I would have hoped. Wifi in the area is really spotty and it’s near impossible to get a cab/ride-share if needed.

The most enjoyable place I have ever stayed at Wild Dunes! The decor was new and beautiful. Everything was so clean and the mattress provided a wonderful night’s sleep. The condo location was perfect to enjoy the pool and beach. I will definitely return!

The new half bath on the first floor was a nice surprise. We rented the unit expecting only an upstairs bath. The unit and grounds are very well-maintained. The kitchen is nicely supplied with cooking gear, although we tried very hard to eat dinner out often. Our week at IOP was quite cool. The heating system in the unit worked well. The ground level covered screen porch is a nice perk but the a/c units right next to the screen porch might be noisy when it is warmer and a/c is in use.

This condo has everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway. So convenient to the beach access. We cooked most meals in and the well appointed kitchen had everything we needed. Wish there was a bathroom/powder room downstairs on main level. That was the only drawback, but not a huge deal. Overall, a very comfortable and relaxing space with plenty of room.

Condo was super clean! It was well stocked & the pictures didn’t do it justice! It looked like it had recently been fully remodeled & everything was pristine! Very convenient to the beach & a lovely view from the condo of the sunrise over the ocean! Would definitely love to stay here again!

Very clean and well appointed property. Only a short walk to the beach where you can walk for miles. The condo had everything needed for a comfortable stay and kitchen was well equipped for meal prep. Very peaceful and quiet setting.

this was a last minute booking for us, we have stayed in homes in wild dunes quite a few times previously. the location was perfect, the home was spotless and had beach chairs, toys and everything else you need for a beach stay. wild dunes never disappoints and this home was a pleasure to stay in.

We absolutely loved our stay in this 1 bd/1ba condominium. We arrived to a reserved parking space right out in front of the unit for easy unloading, keyless entry, lights on and soft jazz playing on the TV. It felt like home. The bedroom & bathroom were upstairs which was nice and private since we had several visitors during our stay. The linens and towels were white, fluffy, and fresh. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The screened in porch overlooked the pool and was a wonderful spot for our morning coffee or evening cocktail. The beach path was just outside the porch. The location in the gated community of Wild Dunes was private and quiet. Although this was a condominium it felt like our own personal oceanside bungalow!

My husband, seven-year-old daughter, and I stayed this past Labor Day weekend and really loved our time here. The property and grounds are lovely and the proximity to the pool and beach are awesome. Just steps to the pool and beach. The condo overall was spotless and just as pictured. All towels, linens, and toiletries provided. We were immediately at ease walking in and sad to leave! Lastly, the check in communication was sent to my email and all went smoothly.

Mariners Walk is always a nice place to stay. This unit has beach views which were lovey as you can hear the ocean on the porch. Nice Tommy Bahama amenities too!

The condo was nice and close to pool and beach. I feel for it being a 1 bedroom with a very small bathroom which is located on the second floor it is very overpriced. The kitchen has no pantry which makes it difficult for groceries ettc, the bathroom being upstairs I think would be tough for older people having to go up and down all the time, also very small vanity if you have 4 people staying. Very close to pool, but if you go in early it can get loud at times if sleeping on pullout couch. Also the people above us were extremely loud with kids running. Around at 6am! Overall property is nice, but again extremely overpriced for a 1bedroom.

What a lovely property! My husband and I along with our two young sons just spent a week here and LOVED it. This was our first visit to Isle of Palms, and we cannot wait to return. The condo is clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. We loved the lanai for dining outdoors and appreciated the extremely close proximity to the pool. The pool was never crowded and just the right size. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and appreciated the beach chairs that were provided. The beach itself is beautiful. We caught some amazing sunrises! Wild Dunes Resort has it all. We loved renting bikes and riding along the bike/walking path each day. The resort pools are fun if you want to lounge where you can order poolside snacks and frozen drinks. The resort has a nice market for snacks/essentials, an ice cream shop, outdoor activities like ping pong and live music, wildlife sightings, golf, tennis…you name it! Hugh, the property manager, was easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had throughout our stay. One suggestion would be a ceiling fan on the lanai; there is not much air flow and it gets pretty hot out there. Also some beach towels would be great, especially for those flying versus driving. Highly recommend this property!!
