Electronic door, really convinient

No gym and pool is not for few, quite disappinted.

A very comfy apartment with a kitchen and a washing machine. Good furnishing and even included a small shelf with board games :) The host is very kind, helpful and responds quickly to messages. I would definitely come here again for my next trip to the Philippines :)

Ryan is such a great host. He promptly responded to all my requests and inquiries and made sure I got everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. Also love the location and convenience of having the mall at the ground floor for a quick bite and grocery shopping. Major shopping malls like Greenbelt, SM and Landmark are just walking distance.

Its really good location. The owner is very hospitable even I broke the glass I didnt pay him. The mall is near by you can walk to, and buy what you need also the Grab is active in that place and staff is great

The shower is only for 1 person its separate to toilet and if you want to swim you have to pay 150 per person.

everything! location, the condo itself, the host, the staff. I’ve stayed in 14 different places in Manila in the last 5 years and this is my adult the best place. lots of Tagalog movies and TV shows on Netflix too, plus local TV channels. KFC, Tokyo Tokyo and star bucks all short walking distance. you can even walk to greenbelt in about 20 minutes. no need for grab or taxi you won’t be disappointed if you stay here.
