It was wonderful! I would highly recommend this. We have everything thing we needed including a washing machine.

The location! So close to the beach and a short walk to old town.

Some of the finished of the stay were rough.

Lovely venue on the beach with beautiful views and a short walk to the city walls.

Excellent location, friendly host, nicely arranged.

The noise from the concert venue next door was very loud. I realized that by closing all of the windows and interior doors, I did not hear it while we slept.

Excellent, laid back, comfortable stay in BEAUTIFUL LOCATION.

You’re literally about 150 feet from the beach. You look out your window and the beach is there with an INCREDIBLE view of Old Town right out your window as well. Everything is in walking distance and the rooms themselves were very comfortable. Sini, our host was great at communicating and letting us hold our luggage there until we were ready to leave. He also helped arrange transport for us to and from the airport for cheaper then what taxis will charge. He made the stay so wonderful!

Being that your window is right outside the sea, the road does get very loud, but I don’t know if this is a complaint more then a heads up for those that may want something quieter. There is a 2nd bedroom that is not facing the street if you want more quieter stay. Overall, I loved it all!

Lovely apartment perfect for Old City exploration as it’s just outside.

the property couldn’t be better placed for the Old City and Banje Beach. No steps to speak of which greatly helped my mum. Clean and simple - one room has a great view. Sini kindly gave us four tokens for breakfast.

Excellent stay… top quality host, location and apartment 10/10

We had a fantastic stay in the beachfront apartments. The location is fantastic, it’s just a few minutes walk outside the old town and right above Banje beach, if you wish to you can have the perfect blend of a beach holiday and a city break. The host Sini was lovely, he made sure to greet us on arrival to make sure everything was ok and provided us with a carton of orange juice and bottled water on arrival. Also, on our day of check-out Sini was very accommodating, there was no one due to check-in to our apartment that day after us, so he allowed us to stay beyond the check-out time as we had a very late flight in the evening. This allowed us to have more time to explore and relax on the beach, then get ready later in the day before having to depart, this was such a nice gesture. The apartment itself was very spacious and had plenty of wardrobe space, the beds were very cosy too. There is also two very close supermarkets, just a minutes walk away for any necessity’s. Top quality stay 10/10 for the host, location and the apartment in general it was lovely. If we ever go back to Dubrovnik we would definitely stay in the same apartments.

The 3 days spent in Dubrovnik was excellent despite the misleading pictures

close to old town and the beach within steps of the property

the property was not as advertised. the pictures in the ad made us think that we were getting a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen and living area when we actually were in a 2 room apartment with a Murphy bed in the kitchen and a bed in the living room with a bathroom between the 2 rooms. see attached pictures. pictures 1& 2 are of the Murphy bed in the kitchen and you can see the stairs coming down from the outside in picture 2. in Picture 3 you can see the toilet area between the 2 rooms. the shower was across the short hallway to the left from the toilet. Picture 4 is of the bed in the living room. The good is we were provided certificates for breakfast at a very good restaurant down the street.

Overall a really great stay

The location could not be better. Right above the beach, 5 minutes from the old town and not in the old town, so you don't have to curry your stuff. The check-in and checkout process was great too. The apartment was spacious and had everything we could ask for.

The main thing we didn't like was the fact that the apartment was on the ground floor, so everyone passing by could actually see us if we had the shutters open.

Perfect location, great host, spacious and comfortable -highly recommended if staying in Dubrovnik!

This apartment is in the perfect location, literally across the road from the beach, and only a couple of hundred metres away from the entrance to the old town. Spacious and comfortable room. We had a host who was very responsive to our messages and requests, including extra towels, help with a blind and arranging a taxi for us. Nice breakfast at a cafe a few hundred metres away included. Would highly recommend this place if staying in Dubrovnik.

Prime location, clean rooms with everything you needed. Beach access, short walking distance to Center, top!!

Free Parking is 15min walking distance away. Taxis are always available but not cheap. Private parking would be excellent. Not barrier free appartment, quite some stairs.

Beautiful, convenient, a pleasure.

We stayed in the one bedroom apartment. The location was excellent, easy to get to with Uber from Ferry. Within walking distance to Old Town and right on beautiful Banje Beach. The host was very accommodating and hands on. The breakfast included is at a lovely restaurant down the road which was a great bonus. Overall the apartment was a lot more spacious than expected and having a washing machine towards the end of our trip was a huge help! Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant, recommend to the friends

This place is truly the best choice for your stay in Dubrovnik. It is located within walking distance of everything you will need; beach (literally steps away), Old town, bus station, restaurants, you name it, it’s close by. The apartment itself is spacious and confortable, it has an amazing view of the ocean. The hosts were very responsive and courteous.

Lovely apartment with everything you need in a perfect location. Amazing, iconic view without the steps. Banje Beach is just below and the beautiful Old Town is only a few minutes stroll away. Laura & Maro are brilliant hosts and are always there for any assistance you may need. They helped arrange pick up from airport and it was extremely efficient. Overall, a great base for exploring wonderful Dubrovnik. Would also recommend the scenic 15 minute stroll to beautiful Sveti Jacob beach & a climb up or down the steps from Bosanka after Mt Srd - views are amazing and apartment just below upon completion!

We could not pick up the rubbish after sweeping the floor it had No dust pan and brush. Miner issue really I know but my only criticism. Otherwise excellent
