No air conditioner, no parking, plumbing issues and worse customer service we’ve ever experienced.

the location was central, but too far from the beach.

No air conditioner, no parking, plumbing issues and worse customer service we’ve ever experienced. We reported all these issues and they didn’t care at all. I received a generic email after we had already checked out to tell me they’re looking into the issues. Too little too late! I lodged a complaint a month ago and I’m still waiting for someone to call me. Terrible experience, stay away and book with Mantra or another trustworthy company.

A very inconveniencing approach to running a hotel with no reception or staff to assist Epic fail

The apartment itself and facilities were good But

The fact that i wasnt told until after i had already booked and paid i didn't get the check in instructions until the i was already on my way there with my three kids and luggage i had to go collect keys from a different location which was not exactly cose when your not driving paying for ubers and coming from the complete opposite direction that was so Frustrating and then the day before i was to check out getting an email telling me that i had to do my owm cleaning of dishes and removing everything from the fridge and also had to drop the keys off agsin back to the damb stupid shop miles away, overall the worst holidays experience ive ever had , i would of never booked there had i know any of this rubbish prior to booking

The apartment itself was cosy and clean and the location was awesome

The Keys were extremely hard to access with limited / unhelpful information, this made it difficult to then locate the actual apartment. We didn’t know our apartment had 3 different towers and were unsure on what building we were in due to the limited information given. The wifi cut out quite frequently and we did loose it for a whole day, not a massive issue due to not being in the apartment for most of the day but kind of annoying at night when we wanted to use the Tv. Besides this the apartment was cosy,comfortable and clean! The facilities like the pool And spas were great and so pretty! The beds and pillows were awesome and comfy and the shower pressure was great with 2 different shower heads! The apartment was quite big and the view from the balcony was so beautiful! There was a shopping complex right underneath which was super convenient. Would come back!

Beautiful apartment

The location was beautiful and close to everything, best view I've had. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Responses were quick.

Not enough amenities such as toilet paper, body wash or dishwashing liquid to last us 4 days especially with 4 people.

great layout, good facilities

no ceiling fans. the lack of information of use of facilities, the frustration of picking up keys (and dropping off) from a different location nearly 500mts away, parking information very vague and confusing for new stayers

Probably wouldnt stay again

- Nice location - good view - great bathroom facilities

- If we’re paying such an expensive rate you may as well have the windows properly cleaned regularly - aircon only goes down to 22 degrees - mattress very uncomfortable i had sore neck and back - didnt like picking up and dropping off keys at a different location, why not just at chevron? - no signal with vodafone and telstra on property and wifi provided is horrible

no compendium / maps / didn’t know about rubbish shute faulty shower door/ frame was loose & pulling away from the wall so it leaked soap holder broken Only 1 key available for the apartment bathroom sink tap not practical as it sprays everywhere no clear directions given as to which tower to go to / how to access building

Great views, apartment had all we needed, amazing location. overall great

The check in process was difficult. Instructions on key collection was fine, but trying to find the carpark location when none of the numbers are in order was a nightmare. Then trying to work out which floor the apartment was on took so much time and running around! From collection of the key (which is offsite) to finding our apartment took over an hour! A simple note on the many emails received about the booking to say which car bay, tower and floor would have saved a lot of running around and stress. Shelf in shower is broken and hasn't been fixed.

Over all its was not too bad but glad it was short I would not stay there again for that price.

Location was great, the room itself was good, plenty of space and had everything we needed.

The beds were quite hard and the Pillows were very old.

The outlook was lovely, plenty of room in the apartment and centrally located

We had a horrible time checking in. The code provided to pick up the keys did not work and we could not get on to MadeComfy on the phone. I eventually messaged through Booking.com and someone replied with a new code, but was very stressful. Then when we were trying to find the apartment, the hotel concierge had no idea about the name of the apartment as advertised so it was quite confusing. The shower flooded the first night and could then only be used on a slow trickle. also the iron needs replacing - a dangerously broken cord and a burnt face which left marks on my clothes.

Fantastic family get away

Amazing location. So Central to everything. Very handy having a coles right there. It was very clean and the apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a great stay.

Location was very good

Nightowl not easily accessible, hard to find a parking spot to collect or drop the keys, cashier was not able to speak english, couldn't open the links provided by madecomfy at first and nothing clearly mentioned in email, wandering in building parking to find a spot, calling, all busy. when checking out: I dropped the keys on time, told the person at nightowl that it is appt keys and he seemed very comfortable with that. Had multiple phone calls and emails one hour after dropping the keys that why we haven't checked out yet? Extra charges for late check out, and where have we left the keys!!??

Great location, good amenities and beautiful apartment.

Bathroom flooded on the first day and someone came the second day to fix it. One of the bedroom windows didnt close fully and made cooling the room down tougher. We found a cockroach in the property running around the kitchen.

overall the appartment was nice and enjoyed the stay. however yes few issues

was great location and clean

aircon didnt work well. drain in shower was blocked made washing hair a pain. getting the keys was a nightmare trying to get in touch with the company wasnt easy, pass code i was given didnt work and the nightowl wouldn’t give me the key’s luckily the lady convinced him to! didnt get our check in details til an hour before i wad due to check in was a rather stressful experience!
