a perfect location

The hotel's location was so convenient for moving the subway. It was convenient to eat food by myself.

It would have been nice if there were enough bath towels.

Great apartment in a very convenient place

The apartment was great, clean, convenient, great location, everything you could need. Luc the host was fantastic, let us in early to leave our luggage, moved it for us into the apartment and even carried my huge heavy suitcase up the stairs. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough!!

Satisfying and enjoyable stay in Paris!

Super nice and welcoming owner, Luc, who is very attentive to our needs and helps to resolve our problems before/after our arrival. Location is great! The apartment is only 2 minutes’ walk to the metro station, with several supermarkets, some good restaurants and bakeries around the corner. Very clean and tidy, compact and well equipped apartment with everything supplied for a short stay. Wi-Fi is reliable and stable! The apartment is really good value for money! We did enjoy our short stay! We can’t thank you enough, Luc, for your time and everything!

Nice apartment reasonably central. Welcoming host.

Luc met us to give us the keys and showed us around the apartment. Full kitchen on the lower end and the bed was upstairs in a good space. Lovely original ceiling beams and in an old apartment building with lovely floor tiles.

Great apartment, great location.

Lovely apartment in the Marais. 2 minute walk to the metro station. Plenty of cafes and restaurants on your doorstep. The Italian restaurant on the corner was lovely. Luc the owner is very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again when in Paris.

Lovely apartment in excellent location

Weekend away with my daughter. Location was perfect - lovely layout of apartment with everything we needed. Easy check in and check out. Would love to stay again- really recommend.

The key lock needed skill - only my daughter mastered it. A toaster would have been nice but not a problem.

The appartement is near to metro station the location is very convinient. There are restaurants and cafe near to the appartment. Luc is very kind and friendly and make more beautiful our accomodation! The appartment is cozy and nice! I highly recommended!

Excellent in every way

Everything. Host (Luc) was very gracious, welcoming and helpful. The place was immaculate. EVERYTHING was terrific. If we get back to Paris again, we will definitely stay here.

Cosy, independent living in a great location

The apartment is in an excellent location: plenty of shops and eateries; several areas within walking distance, and a Metro stop nearby. A cosy, split-level property, it has a good amount of storage space in the sleeping area, as well as two sofas - one of which can be converted into an additional bed. The double-headed (one rainfall, one hand-held) shower is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is sufficiently equipped for making breakfasts and unfussy meals. Ideal for a couple or small family, we'd consider staying at The Pearl of Marais again.

Although it didn't bother us, there is a discernible rumble from the nearby Metro. The ceilings on the upper level are quite low, so taller guests may need to duck while ascending the stairs.

Location is excellent. Facilities aren't spacious but quite adequate for two older with a bed, a comfortable couch for sleeping.

The personalized treatment, the owner was very pleasant and forthcoming. The room was clean, the bed sheets also. Bathroom with enough place for your stuff. The heater works very well, the wardrobes where of a good size. The couch is also good as a second bed.

Great location, Great Host.

Location was excellent and due to the Metro strike we walked everywhere which is possible from this location. Luc was very helpful and met us on arrival. He is an excellent host and I would recommend this apartment and him very highly. He met us on arrival and due to the strike we had to stay another night and he facilitated this very easily.

Great stay in Paris!

Luc was a wonderful host. So kind and considerate. His friend restaurant owner Joseph was also very friendly and helpful. The apt was not large but was well laid out. The location was excellent, great neighborhood and transportation.

You need to tell him that you need two beds made up.
