Went with friends booked the villa they have with hot tub and we had one of the best holidays ever

Fantastic location super clean modern rooms lovely pool and hot tubs. Only downside was no towels changed only every 3 days. But 10/10 for everything else

Property must be delisted from booking!

Location is good, but taking account bad experience with the property, I would choose another property in the location. There are better appartments just around the corner

If a person likes gamblimg then can reserve this property. When we booked then I relied on few recent reviews and overall score - above 8. But when we were places in a basement instead of the room with a terrace then I filtered bad reviews and it is clear that the property is doing overbooking and then they are placing guests in the basement with excuse a night before that they have water problems in the room. I asked to show that there is a room with water problems but they refused to do so. When they offered another room then said that will be bigger room without teracce. But did not mention that it will be in a basement with matte windows where cannot see anything around and all night can listen to all noises of the house. Addiontally, the room had broken shower base and walls with mold. I strongly believe that booking must put pentalties to this property since they continue doing the same over time. I never had such issues with any other booking! Before this property we stayed in other 2 places and they were fanstatic! Thus please choose other properties! Also pool area on other places was much better

Good value apartment

Good facilties overall, nice pool area, staff were very helpful & room was cleaned most days. Short walk from the strip. Would definitely stay again.

Be careful - First time ever giving a 1* review

This is my first time ever giving a 1* review to an accommodation and I am definitely not a picky traveler. I am Genius 3 for years, with dozens of trips all around the globe in different kinds of accommodations: hostels, all category hotels (2-5*), apartments, aparthotels, resorts, etc. To begin with, I have booked this apartment more than 1 month in advance. The payment has been taken 2 days before the arrival. On the day before the check in, the manager/host sent an email to my private email address that due to a “water leak” in an apartment they won’t be able to accommodate us. Reaching guests via private channels, and trying to hide the issues they have from Booking platform should have been a red flag at the beginning. Always reach out Booking customer service whenever something like this arises. I called Booking customer service and I was told that the hotel most likely made an overbooking. The Booking customer service was amazing and helpful as always. Personally I suspect that a water leak / plumbing issue was a lie. But, without any option for us to choose between alternative accommodations, Rosamar put us to another apartment nearby (Oasis Livvo), which has similar (but lower) review scores and is much cheaper per night than Rosamar. When I asked about the refund of the price difference they said “We can make the total refund of your booking and you can pay directly to the other property the price for one night”. Poor customer response action when you make a capacity error. If I wanted to stay in any other accommodation, I would have not booked Rosamar at the first place. The apartment they put us in charges extra for everything: microwave oven, safe box, iron, high speed wifi,… Meaning that it even didn’t have the minimum equipment what we have booked originally with Rosamar. The worst thing is that the apartment had 2 actual beds + 1 children extra bed without an actual mattress, it had only a sponge like mattress (160 cm x 80 cm).

Nice apartments with a fantastic sea salt pool

The location was superb as was close to all amenities and close the beach, the pool was the highlight of this complex as it’s a salt water pool and the pool area had a very relaxing atmosphere and the staff were super nice

We had some issues with the hot water but was sorted the day after. The apartment did not a have daily cleaning service, they cleaned the apartment once on a a week stay and they didn’t replace bed linen. Something I was surprised was a 3€ charge per day for the safe in the room

The location is perfect, close to everything you'll need.The apartment was absolutely spotless and the pool was amazing plenty of loungers and umbrellas.The staff were so friendly and everything was done with a smile, I would rate Rosamar Apartments as the cleanest and most inviting Apartments we ever stayed in in Puerto Del Carmen and would like to thank the management and staff for a wonderful holiday.

No dislikes would highly recommend these apartments 👍👍👍

Location was perfect. Very clean and was lovely and quiet with plenty sunbeds. Staff friendly. Shops within a small walk.

Great, comfortable stay

Great location, friendly reception team who were helpful. Rooms are clean and kitchen has everything you need utensil wise for your holiday. Nice pool.

It is not a dislike, but something that would be an added bonus / would go far with guests - having salt, pepper and a little bit of oil in the kitchen would be a great addition.

Lovely two bedroom apartment. Would stay in one of those again

Two of us stayed in a 2 bedroom property and the other two in a 1 bedroom. No issues with the two bedroom. great spacious balcony, clean with a lovely bathroom, spacious kitchen and two bedrooms which both had single beds. kettle, coffee maker and toaster with a two ring hob. Pillows on the beds not very comfy. The 1 bedroom was a bit dull and dark, on the ground floor and the balcony is only open at the front. Would definitely ask for a second floor one, which look more open. There was only room for one lounger on the balcony. My friends that stayed in the 1 bedroom ended up having two cockroaches in the room at night, even though they never had the doors or windows open before dark. They also had a problem with a leaky toilet which was reported the day before we left but not being repaired until we were checking out. Entrance to your room is different. You receive a WhatsApp and when you arrive follow the instructions to set up entry and then always use your phone to get in. So make sure you take your phone every time you go out! There is also a keypad if the WiFi doesn’t work. Pool is lovely with great loungers and nice and peaceful.

Clean apartment. Well equipped Communication via wattsap/email. All queries answered. Location perfect for beach and main strip of bars and restaurants 10 minutes from airport Have previously stayed at these apartments and will be staying again

Dissapointing it did not live up to what we expected from the reviews

the location was excellent

no hot water for 6 days. also a sun bed was place on our balcony that had to be removed as it was covered in bird droppings

Everything. The staff, location, the apartment. Fabulous place to stay and already i have booked again for March 2023.

My only fault was that there is no pool diner, but every place is so close by.
