The property location was great, we had a studio room so we made our breakfast one of the mornings which was lovely. The view we had was lovely too.

It was a little noisy at night when we had the window open to cool the room down, the interior of the room was old fashioned but that’s not too important.

1. It was a quest to book the room. This weird property doesn’t accept any credit card through booking.com. I provided 3 cards, no one was accepted. All these cards work in other hotels on booking.com. They demanded to share my credit card information by phone. I’ve never done this before but it was the only way to book the room. 2. Some fraudsters texted and called me in three days since I left this property. They said they were from cascade lodge, they knew my room number and some personal information. So this hotel doesn’t keep the personal information or even credit card information from fraudsters. 3. I was staying 2 nights. Nobody came to clean up the room. 4. There are no any ski room in this property. I had to dry my ski boots in my room. It’s nonsense. It’s ski resort. Guys, made the ski room. Every mediocre guest house in any European ski resort has a ski storage. Leave alone the free shuttle to ski lift. It’s also “must have” for any ski resort. As a result, I’m going to go to police, to find out how my personal information was given to the fraudsters.

Location is amazing. Steps to the village - cafes, shops, restaurants and slopes - but just tucked away enough that it’s quiet. The condo itself was spacious and it was so nice having a wraparound balcony to enjoy our morning coffees. Facilities were nice too - we spent lots of time in the hot tub (only downside was the 2 hot tubs are small and often very busy, though no fault of the property) and the heated pool.

The bed pillows! I’m not typically picky about pillows and it’s never been an issue for me before.. but they were SO large and uncomfortable. Could not sleep on them. We ended up swapping them for couch cushions (and putting pillow cases on them) but that was not much better. Having some smaller pillows available as well would be nice.
