Good location

The room had a terrible smell as if past guests smoked cigarettes in the unit then tried to cover it up with air fresheners. All the clothes in my suitcase reeked like smoke after. I complained to Vacasa and they did nothing about it. The room had one tiny window so barely any natural light. What a depressing room that smelled terrible.

Great apartment, very clean and well organized space, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect for walking to the gondola and having fun in the village.

The closet and entry door are hard to close. And the window insulation is not good so you could hear outside noisy easily.

The room is a studio! It is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, a fridge, a stove with oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a washer and a dryer, detergent, paper towel, salt and pepper. The location is also perfect! The fireplace is beautiful! You will find an organic trash bin under the sink :) The bathroom is too tiny but functional. You will find amenities, a hairdryer, a full body mirror

The cleaning needs to be improved. There was a lot of hair in the bathtub. The parking is a little tricky on the first day and expensive in my opinion ($20 a day) . The lifts are old and need maintenance and cleaning.

The room was super dusty. I also purchased a room with a queen size bed but was given a full size bed. I want compensation! I will never come to Whistler Peak Lodge ever again. And will warn people not to book here

Staff pleasant, good location

One room was fine. Other room was a disaster. Toilet blocked, cupboard doors hanging off, bed broken (first maintenence visit did nothing), hole in the wall at the door, safety lock on main door broken and a mouse in the apartment on the last night. Hot tub not working - notified by property before arrival. A disappointing visit especially when prices were so high. Booking.com should review properties being advertised on their site.

The customer service is horrendous and the hotel blatantly lies and misleads their customers. There is a google review from a customer who was upset that the hotel hot tub was out of order. The hotel’s official account responded by saying that it is actually in working order 1 week ago (from my check in date). We show up and the tub is still not operational. I messaged the guest text line and was not given any information about when or if they will fix the tub. They did not offer any compensation, and I was only met with “sorry we didn’t tell you before you arrived” by text. When I ask the front desk staff about this, they state that their OFFICIAL VERIFIED company response to a customer review is false (as in they’re committing fraud). The staff said their tub has been “broken for months since November 2023”. They have been radio silent after the front desk staff said they’ll escalate the deceitful review response to management. Avoid at all costs, don’t get scammed like I did.

Location was excellent for Blackcomb where I skied most .Its also central for bars restaurants & shops and close to Whistler . Bed is very comfy .The room was perfect for my daughter & I we could make our breakfast before skiing .

There could be a little more clothes storage but its a small room so I understand not to have too much furniture. could do with updating but it was perfectly fine for us .

Loved the fireplace! And the Beekman items were an unexpected surprise! Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. I would stay here again.

Room is tidy with a nice balcony.

Hot tub was broken for season. Room didn't have the most basic kitchen items such as measuring cups or brownie pan. I had to go buy those from the grocery store. The parking couldn't accommodate our car (minivan with a ski box on top), had to park farther away.

Noise from next to the elevator location as well as the adjoining room. Super hot and impossible to control the temperature, jacuzzi didn’t work, mediocre fitness facilities, hot tub in the infinite repair state, fan in the bathroom turning on and off randomly. It Cannot be controlled.

Great location. Exceptionally clean unit. Having a Jet tub was great especially after snowboarding all day. The kitchen was a great selling point for us as we were able to have home cooked meals.

Location was amazing! Loved the kitchen and laundry in suite.

We saw reviews said it was loud but it was very loud at night. Between people yelling and garbage trucks, you can hear everything outside the windows barely shut. The hot tub was a reason we booked and it was closed the whole time which wasn’t ideal. Pull down bed very uncomfortable.

Location fantastic, room spacious clean and tidy, reception were extremely helpful any immediate issues w ere sorted. Room staff were also helpful and polite.

The bathroom was a litter dated it could do with a better shower, the kitchen could have been better equipped, temporary air conditioning unit left gaps in the window causing a cold air draught. The spare be d needs a more comfortable mattress.
