the decor and location
check in and out hours,pool was dirty, beach access, the staff was not helpful. have kids working at the front desk in the office, needed maintenance had to wait to next day because they didn’t have anyone on site after 5pm.

Expensive booked weeks prior to stay checked rates that day was 1/2 of what I paid. Expensive for a place I couldn’t check into 5 pm then check out at 10 am

It’s a nice location and casual and relaxing but some work needs to be done to standardise thr interior designs and comf
Location is really good and the property is very nice… Some effort needs to be made to really be able to call this property luxury.
It’s my second time and I think the units need to be kept up better. I also find it objectionable to have a 5pm check in time and a 10am checkout. It’s not fair at all and should be 3pm checking and noon checkout
