Esperienza inqualificabile, da evitare assolutamente

Purtroppo la struttura non può continuare ad operare, deve chiudere. Non hanno il know how per fare questo lavoro. Siamo stati 2 notti e non abbiamo mai visto ne siamo riusciti ad entrare in contatto con nessuno dello staff. Questo nonostante avessimo ricevuto da loro messaggi (mail, sms, wapp) automatici che ci davano tutte le indicazioni per contattarli. Appena arrivati ci siamo resi conto di due grandi problemi: - avevamo prenotato un appartamento composto da soggiorno, camera da letto e bagno. Mentre abbiamo trovato solo una grande camera con angolo cottura e bagno. Noi eravamo in 3 amici e questo ci ha costretti a dormire in due in un letto queen size - c'erano asciugamani solo per una persona! Abbiamo subito provato a chiamare e scrivere per segnalare le 2 problematiche ma nessuno ci ha risposto. Visualizzavano i wapp (doppia spunta blu) ma non hanno mai risposto. Nonostante diversi tentativi da parte nostra durante la giornata. Ci siamo rassegnati ed abbiamo acquistato gli asciugamani mancanti... Tra l'altro, al rientro in hotel alla sera, abbiamo trovato in camera gli asciugamani che mancavano. Perché mai, mi chiedo, non rispondere con "scusi, abbiamo risolto"? Abbiamo acquistato asciugamani inutilmente e speso tempo per contattarli... invano. Con un servizio clienti come questo, questo lavoro non si può fare. Potrebbero avere anche l'hilton come hotel ma non potrebbero comunque proseguire. Risparmio la descrizione della vasca che non scaricava o del parcheggio costato più del pattuito, ecc. Perché credo non aggiungano nulla al disastro di questo posto.

It could benefit from some refurbishment as some items show lots if wear and tear; needs deep cleaning! The bathroom was full of mold

Probably would have been nice to get the access key codes in advance. As it was, which was evidently a rare event, it was raining when I arrived at the front entrance, and had to text the provided phone number and then wait ~10 minutes for a reply before gaining access through the front door. It all worked out, of course

There was only one towel, which was kind of inconvenient for my 3-day stay.

For the price, we couldn’t complain

The host was very prompt with giving me the entry code to the front and our room. They were super responsive and helpful. Also, they allowed us to have a quieter room and gave us options. Overall it is not the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, but the location outweighs the condition of the room!

The oven didn’t seem to work. I will say, maybe if you were to paint the inside (including the names etched in the door) or fix the Kitchenette, that would really positively impact the reviews!

Never ever again. From one traveler to another- Do Not Stay Here.

Nothing! It is opposite the beach. If you open the dirty curtain and window you can see the beach.

This is not a ‘boutique’, or ‘luxury’ place. It's not what it seems. I was not expecting the Ritz , but paying $560 ($814 Australian) I thought it would be a nice, boutique clean room. This place was disgusting on so many levels. The bed sheets were stained. Black mold lined the bathroom floor, sink and tub. I had to wear flip-flops to shower. No air conditioning. No remote to turn on the TV. No window shades to block the light. A lot of exposed electrical wires in and bathroom. The room cleaning service involved emptying a trash can - zero cleaning of the room or making a bed. The idea of a 'suite' means you have amenities. There was nothing but two mugs, a stove, and some dirty plates in a cupboard. I don't like to complain but this is an unsanitary, dirty place that should be listed as a hostel, not a boutique place.

The location

The room was dirty, holes in the walls, leftover food in the cupboards, very poor quality kitchen, tv didn't work, beading on kitchen floor broken off, chairs covered in towels, shower rail at chest height so you had to duck under then step down, dirty marks on walls. Person in charge did not text entry codes. Other people in other rooms said same things. Nothing luxury about this place. In fact stayed only one night out of two and lost our money for second night. Extremely disappointed with this property.

Scam only can get business through Booking.com

No parking the entrance looks like it’s deserted. Graffiti and vandalism. You have to park a block away in order to get your luggage out. Took 15 minutes to figure out how to contact management calls kept on going to voicemail.

The very worst apartment I have ever stayed in

Close to Santa Monica Pier and 3rd Ave shopping and restaurants. The

The apartment was very outdated and needs to be totally renewed. The oven was dangerous and unusable. The electric sockets sparked whenever we plugged anything in. The small bed was up against the wall and meant that I had great difficulty climbing over, so I ended up sleeping on the couch. The coffee pouches were so weak that they were tasteless. The large cupboard in the lounge was used as storage for beds from other apartments. The fridge was forced into a space which was too small so was sticking out into the room at an angle. To describe this apartment as luxury is an affront to the English language.

above a bar that played music until 2am on a Thursday. We we’re told that they only played on Fridays & Saturday. Very disappointed. also was unaware of parking issues for the place. Had to pay an extra $20 for parking

All-in-all I liked my stay and would stay again, now that I know what to expect. Will recommend

loved the look of the room....felt airy and fresh. Shabby chic hominess....which I like.

The LA county sheriff's knocks on my door looking for someone who have them the hotels address...I thought it was very strange, shocking they'd knock on my door Small hotel sound travels very easily my room next to the only entrance I should of avoided it.

no reception no lobby no parking no staff onsite old - the thermostat was not properly screwed into the wall and I don’t think it worked the door to my room was open when I arrived so anyone could have walked in before I arrived

I for sure will stay here again. The room was big with a little stove and refrigerator. The bedroom was in its own room

The location was great it was right across from the park and a block away from the pier. Easy walk to several really good restaurants. Liquor store two doors down

there was a mix up with another couple when they were booking. the owners gave them my room # and password to the door while I was in the room. they entered our room while it was occupied. the door was also unstable and had gaps between the locks. made it seem like anyone could come in at anytime when barely pushing on the door.

The staff reimbursed us When it wasn't what I had booked We did not stay there I had asked for a one bedroom and it was a studio when I got there.

The pictures and what it really looks like was not the same old building I asked for a one bedroom and it was a studio I probably would have stayed even with the old smell if it was 1 bedroom like I hadn't wanted And not a studio.

Fine for someone who wants to go clubbing until 2am, not for someone who wants sleep.

Phone number on door answered promptly and access to the apartment obtained early. Larger apartment than booked. Sea view, access to Ocean strip and Santa Monica Pier, all what wanted when booked.

It was not possible to sleep in the room on either night I was there (Thursday and Friday). Was directly above a night club with loud and heavy bass music until 2am. The whole apartment vibrated.

Only the apartment location

Not a good communication. We are searching the host in order to manage to enter the apartment and he answered the day after the check in . Fortunately, we met housekeeping lady and she helped us. I don’t recommend it . Also , the apartment is not in a good condition as you may think that it will be with the cost per night. The location is perfect.

Great location but knowing about the bar/club below the location would have been great as well.

The location right across the beach was great and everything was within walking distance.

There were quite a few obstacles but I am choosing to focus on letting people know not to stay in room 203 (and possibly other rooms on the 2nd floor) unless you are going to be out all night every night. It is above a relatively new bar/club that blasts music from 6pm-2am Wednesday through Sunday. The music was so loud it shook the walls, the windows, the appliances, and the bed. It was extremely difficult to sleep.
