Worst experience

The host did not respond what to particular apartment # was the stay and would not answer to calls or text messages. I spent hours attempting to gain access all after having been on the road with kids for 7 hours.

Not clean, very old and high wear and tear - most things was broke.

Superb

The location was great. The condo is spacious. Great escapes. Property management was superb.

The only reason I did not get the 10 was because of the Jacuzzi did not work in the facility. Otherwise it was perfect.

Great location but very dated

Location is excellent. Spa was working and nice. Heaters are quiet and work well. Plenty of towels. Provide robes which is a nice touch. Water pressure is good. Fridge and freezer was newer than rest of items and clean. Kitchen decently stocked for use. Covered patio is nice. Snow sleds available.

Condo is very dated. While they probably vacuum, hard to believe that carpet can* be clean anymore. There is even a gap between carpet and flooring in bathroom area. Shower head is too low. Main bed is uncomfortable and felt cheap. Ceiling in bathroom pretty dirty. Fan in bathroom quite old and loud.

Not 4 stars - 2.5 room at best in a 4 star location.

-Size - the room was large -Location - the lifts were 1/2 mile up the street -Linens - room actually had good bedding and towels

-NOT ski in / ski out -NOT WORTH $339/nite - was at best a 2.5 run down time share in a nice complex -Prepaid cleaning fees and resort fees and STILL had to clean before leaving otherwise they were going to charge us $700!!!! 1/2 of the cost of the 4 day trip. - Wall to wall carpeting - in the bathroom - NEVER dried. I had to put plastic garbage bags underneath the floor towel because I soak 3 pair of socks going to the bathroom. If I wanted to rent a run down time share I would have booked an AirBnB :(

Spacious condo and near the slopes, but ...

The condo was closed to Eagle Lodge and lifts. The condo was spacious and well equipped. The management was helpful and responsive. We appreciated the underground parking.

The beds / mattresses were uncomfortable and in need of replacement, especially the Sofa bed was unusable. My daughter had to sleep on the couch itself because it was unbearable. The other thing that was a bit disappointing was the fact that the jacuzzi was not maintained and therefore unusable.

What a cozy condo! The hot tub views were incredible and the kitchen had everything you needed for cooking.

The location to the chair lift was great! the view of the spa was incredible and the kitchen had all the utensils needed. all the firewood and fire starters were much appreciated.

The snow was melting on to the roof at the bedroom window and creating a lot of dripping noise in the bedroom. found it hard to sleep. the bed also sagged in the middle.

Nice spacious apartment close to ski lift. It would be perfect if more pillows provided.

Clean and spacious apartment close to a ski lift. Well maintained unit in a safe and quiet building. Ski-themed deco in the unit is really cool. It is close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Only provided 2 pillows for our family of 3. There are no USB charging ports in the apartment.

Very comfortable appartment in superb location

Fabulous location, very comfortable apartment.

Not much really though couldn’t find the basics to keep the place clean eg dustpan and brush/vacuum.

Fun family vacation with a beautiful view

Beautiful views. Easy check in. Property was a little run down but the view made up for it.

We weren’t given a map of the property so we had to search for laundry facilities etc.

Needs updating- carpet and furnishings dirty and tired.

Location is great.

Carpets were filthy, furniture was dirty, dog barking in unit nearby, bathroom not private- you could hear anyone using it in living area.

Good weekend stay

Big apartment and very clean with lots of kitchen amenities. It needs to be updated. Very old appliances as well as furniture. Location was okay but not walking distance to the village.

Very impersonal service provided for check in. No instructions on where to park and how to find parking garage. Calls and messages went unanswered for a while which caused a lot of stress and unnecessary waste of time. It would behoove the hosts to give clear instructions on parking and answer calls/messages.

Great location, perfect set up for two families but needs updating big time!

location close to Eagle Lodge (can walk to ski lift - if you are young), covered parking and cleanliness

looks like they haven’t touched it since the 70-80s. There isn’t enough light in the living / family room (3/5 light bulbs out on dining table). The upstairs bathroom fan is broken and makes so much noise that it is best not to turn on bathroom light. The heating is uneven and goes on and off unaffected by how hot or cold it is. The heating ducts make too much noise upstairs bedroom (may need different updated streamlined ducts) The kitchen doesn’t have enough pots and pans and utensils. The carpet is really old.

Good except the theft of our suitcase

One bad thing happened that tainted an otherwise great trip. The company that brings firewood was in the garage when we were loading up our car to leave. My 10yr old son decided to pull out his suitcase and play with some of his legos in the snow. While he was playing with them, the firewood guys were leaving, they pulled over and grabbed my son's suitcase and took off. This was witnessed by my 15yr old daughter. Inside the case was another fairly expensive lego kit and his favorite blanket. We were not happy about this. I left a message with the people we wented from and haven't heard anything back. You guys need to reconsider your firewood suppliers, if they are ripping off your tenents baggage as they pack up to leave

Great place to stay practically ski in/ ski out, that meets all your basic needs.

Kitchen was well stocked, firewood provided for fireplace, walking distance to Eagle Lodge and lifts. Communicative host. Comfortable beds.

some kitchen utensils were dirty covered in grease upon arrival, no recycling, hot tub could have been nicer, the jets were too intense to have running.
