There are definitely upgrades that could be made to this property. We enjoyed the beach.

Location was great & the property manager was easy to get ahold of & accommodating. There was a bike we could use for leisure.

The pans should be replaced. Kitchen cabinets had damage. Freezer for the Refrigerator did not work. Clothes Dryer did not dry the clothes well. There was rust on the bathroom shower rods. The carpet on the stairs was pretty stained. Upstairs got pretty hot compared to the down stairs.

Great location for beach fun.

The unit had three bedrooms upstairs that were spacious. The location was easy to find off Padre Blvd and a short walk to the beach.

The upstairs took a while to cool off upon arrival and turning on AC unit.

Gresr place to enjoy a weekend with the family, clean place and great location.

i loved that the property was very spacious and had a homey feeling to it. The property was clean and in a great location. i would stay here again

Overall my family and I had a great mini vacation and enjoyed our time there.

The property was great, good location, quiet at night, and overall had a great time with family.

there were some minor things that I didn’t like. The microwave would not work and we had to restart the breaker to get it to turn on. There was also an issue with the AC but it got fixed quickly with the assistance of our host.

Not good.

Well there was about 10 things I didn’t like. 1: The A/C on on 80 degrees upon arrival so it was extremely hot. 2: The fridge/freezer we’re both turned down on 1 so was cold and we had food ruin since it didn’t get cold till the next day. 3: There was sand on bottom sheet of King bed. The sheets looked clean and I hope they were. 4: The king bed was not very comfortable either. 5: Only had one wash cloth in both bathrooms. Had 5 people staying. 6: Patio was really dirty with cigarette butts and beer tabs and trash. 7: Grill was rusty and nasty, wouldn’t use it. 8: A/C would not go below 78 degrees. So it was extremely uncomfortable. Wasn’t able to sleep cause it was sooooooo hot. 9: Lot of families there so wasn’t quite at all. People above us was so loud stumping around. They had 4-5 kids. 10: So if you want a nice cool place, quiet nights, food/drinks cold, no sand in bed and ect. I don’t recommend this. Especially for the price I paid.

This is a decent place to stay in a pinch but if you have the option, look elsewhere.

the location was nice.

A lot of the lightbulbs were out, all of the ones in the stairway were out which can be a jazzers going up and down at night. The bed was in the master bedroom is really loud with any little movement. There were 2 days where the water was shut off for several hours without notice. The hot tub did not work and I have yet to receive my deposit back or any type of communication about it.

It was appreciated.

I enjoyed my time. Last Minute expenditure for me to get away from the hospital life right now. My messages were mostly answered in a timely manner. The condo is literally a half a block away from Wana Wana with Stripes on the other corner. Perfect spot. I was in such a state of bliss from the getaway that everyone else was perfect. I was super grateful because I booked it literally 2 days before the contract. Only advice would be take your pillows cuz theirs are FIRM lol.

The beds and pillows are hard. I might just be spoiled though. My complaints really are about the neighbors. The noise from upstairs is ridiculous. There’s obviously no noise barrier between us. Each step was so loud. Like they were stomping. There were some rowdy males yelling profanities and making a mess of the pool one day. We couldn’t even go to the pool because of them. Well when I finally told them I was reporting them, they left. I’m guessing they weren’t customers. I wish I had said something sooner.

Noisy Neighbors

The location is good, close to the beach.

The upstairs unit had very noisy guests and way more than was allowed. We barely got sleep because of the noise they kept up. Me & my family frequent the coast every year...and was looking for a new place to stay on a regular yearly basis. This place unfortunately will not work for us due to this unit being downstairs, we just can't take another chance of getting noisy guest above us again. Our trip would've been a little more enjoyable if we got some sleep. Other than that, I would've rated a 10.

Very good

This place was clean and had no mold smell. That’s very important for me because I have asthma and mold can trigger an asthma attack quickly. Also, we were traveling with our 6-month old baby and it’s important that our baby is not exposed to mold smell (which seems to be a problem at many other properties in SPI). It was also nice to have a little backyard.

The Internet was not working properly. We could only get Internet downstairs. I mentioned that a couple of times to the owner, but that was not addressed. On another note, as a personal preference, I found the furniture too bulky. The property is spacious, but the bulky furniture made it feel crammed. Finally, the mattress (not the bed) was very loud in the master bedroom. That was annoying because I had to get up a couple of times in the middle of the night to nurse my son. And after putting him back in his crib, I had to be very careful getting back to bed so I wouldn’t wake him up again. Having said all that, I would stay at this property again, especially because there was no mild smell.

Place was spacious, clean and welcoming! More roomer than it looks outside.

I did really enjoy our stay. It was about the beach. I didn't find the rules and regulations until night of arrival because management never sent them. Agreement speaks of parking passes but are no where visible and no one to ask.

Exceptional

It’s a great place for a small family like mine (2 adults and a baby) or 2 adults and 2 children. The place is clean and tastefully decorated. The furniture is comfortable, especially the couch. It has 2 good size pantries, and that helped keep us organized. It offers a full kitchen. By the parking area there is a shower and a faucet, which were perfect for washing out the sand after the beach. The location is exceptional. It’s a short walk to two beach accesses. And the area around it is nice as well.

When the upstairs unit was occupied with partying people, the noise was pretty loud in our unit: walking (which sounded more like stomping), dragging furniture and music. I’m happy that only happened on the weekend.

Pleasant

The close proximity to stores and beaches. It has it's own washer and dryer. AC worked really well.

There was cockroaches, not very clean, the toilet downstairs clogged up several times, the balcony door did not open. The floor to the back patio wouldn't open properly because the floor was uneven. The downstairs was too crowded with decorations, not very kid friendly environment. The stairway hall light didn't work.
