Good place for a get-way. Handy to a lot of good restaurants in Chelan and Wenatchee.

Geat location. Quiet with a view of the lake. Sunlit. Comfortable king size bed.

Clean but needs some minor repairs to cupboard hinges and needs some bumpers on cupboard doors as they close with a bang. Barbeque could have been cleaner and patio should have been washed down.

Vacasa is my number one "go to" for all our vacations!!!!

Spacious. The kitchen was stacked full of all kinds of gadgets :) The location was great. The decor was fabulous. The couch and beds were very comfortable. The check in process is easy and private. The "at home" feel. There were board games and card games. There was a washer and dryer. There was a barbecue on the balcony. The parking was easy and convenient. The choices in lighting created a personal environment for our family, it was incredibly relaxing. This is our third rental through Vacasa and I will never choose anywhere else, if available, for all of our vacations.

It was spotless for the most part, except for some very large spider's nests on the balcony. There were about 8-10 of them and several baby spiders, I'm talking hundreds!

Management totally screwed up!!!

NOTHING!

We arrived at our location, got the lock out of the lockbox and went inside. To our horror we found the unit TOTALLY torn apart. No flooring, no toilets- it was being remodeled and at 3 PM on check in time, there was no other unit available on the premises!!!

I would recommend!

Location was close to town, but up on the hill ( thankfully didn’t snow) I like all the extras in the drawers and kitchen.

The Park Point Condos are in a great location. It had the basic necessities.

we had trouble getting in with the code mix up and door lock froze up.

This unit helped us have a fun and successful vacation.

No food was included. The location was great for our sight-seeing. Two bedrooms and two baths was great for two couples.

The table has two arm chairs and three of the four arms are loose. I would have fixed them myself if I'd had a Phillips screwdriver. The entry hall carpet has many spots and we took pictures as soon as we entered in case we need to prove it was that way when we got there. The printed material taped to the refrigerator says there are two laminated parking permits and we'll be charged $25 if we don't leave them there. We took pictures of the one unlaminated permit where previous occupants have written their dates in case you try to charge us for a missing parking permit. You should make sure every unit has an accurate list of TV channels for that location. Neither of the two VACASA units we stayed in this week had any help with the TV.

Carpet was disgusting, wall behind chair gouged, intake air vent was thick with dirt. Cobwebs, spiders on ceiling in living room.

Superb

There was plenty of room for a family of 5 and the location was great close to the lake and stores. The pool and hot tub were great and came in handy when we were wanting to just hang out and not go anywhere.

Chelan is a great destination and Park Pointe is a great location

The location is good and the walking access to major lake activities was good

The condo was dirty. The furniture was broken down and uncomfortable. The sliding glass door was poorly adjusted and very difficult to open and close. The kitchen floor was dirty with food crumbs under the cabinets. The mirror in the living room looked like someone spit on it.

Location was great. Can walk into chelan or park. Furniture in good condition. Nice that it has a view and it was quiet

Full bed is an aerobed would have nice to be disclosed. Could use newer standard size bath towels and need all kitchen knives sharpened.

Property great; previously stayed in well-appointed units; this one was bare bones.

Great location; great property.

Requested extra mattress/cot and blanket. Was told by Vacasa someone would get back to me the next AM. No one ever did, and did not get a follow-up call. One person had to sleep on couch cushions. Needed another blanket--there was one extra sheet is all. Check-out at 10:00 is unreasonable. We had the cleaning lady knocking at the door, pressuring us to leave starting at 10:00, for 30 minutes. Had to rush around, and finally let her in to start her cleaning while we finished packing.

In the end, unacceptable. We have not yet received the refund we were promised.

Good location with nice pool facilities and well kept grounds.

The unit was not cleaned prior to our check in and all of the linens including spares were dirty. We had to strip the beds and do laundry before we could go to bed. Bathrooms were dirty, several window shades were broken and the sliding patio door would not lock. Getting someone to address these issues took 3 days and several phone calls.

Nice place but needs updating

The location is great near the park and boat rental. Coffee and grocery stores are within easy walking distance. The condo is large enough for 6 people to stay and not bump into each other. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The pool is nice and clean with plenty of seating and umbrellas.

It is time for an upgrade. The interior finishes are dated and worn. The furniture needs to be replaced. The chair in the living room is almost a torture device. There could be a little more attention to details such as luggage stands and hooks in the bathrooms.

It was a beautiful place and we would stay here again! Great for a family of four!

I loved the location and the facilities and the space and the view was great.

We couldn’t find the remote but we managed to work the tv without it. Also a cutting board would be helpful and more dishwashing detergent. We bought some so that worked out.

Great central option in Chelan for families or group of friends

Location great, nice view and very comfortable condo overall. Big living room, equipped kitchen with full fridge and freezer. Nice balcony with table, 4 chairs and bbq

The owners of this condo need to put in. Etywr/dark curtains or blinds in the bedrooms. From around 4:30am there is sunlight shining directly on the bedroom windows. It's difficult to sleep after this time because of the light. Because of this we were fairly tired our entire trip as we never got solid sleep.

Happy times at Lake Chelan while staying at Park Point Condos.

Good price, very comfortable accommodations & very helpful staff on phones. Thank them for their patience.

Had some problems locating property. Drove past but did locate. Most issues my own problem with GPS & cell phone reception.

Good location, spacious with a view. Need to clean the air vent and replace the sofa bed mattress.

The air was musty and triggered our allergy with watery eyes due to a very dusty air vent in the living room. It looks like that vent has never been cleaned. There was no dish washer detergent. The sofa bed mattress was horrible and needs replacement. I ended up sleeping on the floor because of that.

It was a nice place and well taken care of

It was on the 3rd floor. I said we had a disabled person with us and requested a ground floor unit. I was never told it was a 3rd floor unit. Living room furniture was cheap and very uncomfortable.
