Location is great for the beach. Having a washer/dryer in the room was another awesome feature! Lots of dishes to cook our own food was another plus. My absolute biggest complaint is no pull out sofa as noted in the original add. Parking lot was guarded by a security guard that was nice bc the pools out front so people not staying couldn't pull in and see you or hang out. Two bathrooms was super handy. The beds we had were comfortable.

Condo was supposed to sleep 7- it did not comfortably do so! There is no pull out sofa!!!! We couldn't check in @3 because our room was not clean we had to wait until after 4. The elevator broke atleast once or twice daily.. That is not fun when your on the 6th floor.. Pool is small and out front but once we could fit (bc a large group took it over daily) it was nice. You have to provide your own toilet paper. The TV, the light, and one plug in the living room didn't work. We had fantastic water pressure but the shower did not drain properly.. We didn't call maintenance and report it because that is an additional fee. Over all it was a good week but when you pay 3 grand to stay somewhere and the info shows sleeps 7 and it does not comfortably do so that makes for a long week.

Loved the location.. right in the middle of everything.. the unit was clean and right on the beach.. we came down during the shrimp festival. It was walking distance..

The mattresses could use an update, otherwise it was great
