Great apartment close to Royal Mile and Holirood Palace

Comfortable beds, lot of room for a family of 4 adults and 3 children. Perfect location for the historic centre.

The location was perfect and was in walking distance of the main parts of the city.Easy check in and check out process.The host Lukasz was extremely helpful with any questions asked and was easy to contact.Very affordable and ideal for groups.

The bedding and towels could have been cleaner as we found pieces or hairs and fluff all over.however the actual apartment itself was spotless.

Nothing was to be liked in this apartment. No hot water , shower was low pressure and cold water

No hot water, broken floor by the toilet, dents in walls . Windows were all broken and couldnt close once opened. The bath panel was ripped in two and falling apart. Told the owner we had a baby with the family and no urgent urge to fix the problems with hot water and still wasn't fixed when we left. We had a cleaning lady sitting on the floor right outside the door waiting for us to leave. I would not recommend this place to anyone, poor service and charge a fortune for a place which doesn't have working facilities.

Exceptional

Excellent location a 2 minute walk from the Royal Mile which suited our group with 2 aged in their late 60s. Very clean, quiet and warm apartment with lots of towels, fresh sheets and additional blankets available. Heating was very easy to turn on and was needed as it was -5 degrees outside! There was even a selection of teas and coffee left our for our use during our stay . We were allowed to check out slightly later as our flight wasn't until later in the evening which really suited us. Will definitely go back again.

comfort, enjoyable and exactly what I was looking for, had a relaxing stay.

it was clean and homely, access to a garden and car parking also a great location.

The messaging service didn’t seem to work well and appears missing messages/messages not received or responded to. other than that I don’t have anything major to complain about, happy with the property.

Lovely stay and overall very happy.

Great location. Close to everything we wanted to do or see on our short Edinburgh stay. Easy check in and property perfect for what we needed with our young family.

Most of the consumables unfortunately hadn’t been restocked. Nothing to clean dishes with (sponge/cloth/dishwashing brush), no washing machine powder or liquid, no tea, no sugar and no milk as described in the booking details.

It was the worst ever I ordering in booking.com

Apartment size were small, dirty stain on sofa, bath tube was broken, Window have damage cannot be open, a man in drunk walks around start from 7:00pm to midnight and disturb the guest to the apartment. I can't sleep well. The apartment not suitable for short stay for visitor, expensive and not for more than 4 persons.

No code received. Access to get in terrible. The shower bath is unsafe and needs replacing. Please put in a free standing shower. Parking availability not good.

I would say that our stay was okay not super fascinated about the property.

the location is very ideal.

apartment needs maintenance. powder room flooring needs to be replaced, bath tub is broken but functional, curtains have stains( hope it was not blood stains), & some door knobs falling apart.

location, 15 min walking from Castle

cleanliness, furniture in bad condition, old smelly and dirty community areas in building, really cold on arrival, no parking included.

Only reason to stay here is for the location.

I liked that it was close to the Royal Mile. The location was great. We could walk to most things. I liked the place had a washing machine.

The apartment was run down more than the photos appeared. The flooring was missing in a few spots. The walls were dirty, the bedroom curtains and couches had food stains on them. We called and asked the owners a question about the apartment, we were told to email pictures and they’d get back to us. They never got back to us.

The Location was very good.

Apartment very shabby. Window in living room almost fell out. Not super clean. Dust balls under bed. Coffee table dirty. No cloths or cleaning products to do own clean. Bathroom shabby, bath panel broken. Heating didn't work well.

Generally good

The properties location is great, close to the Royal Mile & parking available which isn't always available in central Edinburgh

The flat is showing some signs of wear & tear. Broken toilet lock, damaged floor & bath.

Superb

Lovely apartment ideal for a short break with friends. Rooms both very spacious & 2 bathrooms. Lots of additional features such as Netflix, Tea & coffee! Hosts very friendly & responded quickly to any messages we had. Good location - just off the royal mile :-)

Couch beds were a little confusing to open - ended up sleeping on top of the couch instead of opening it out as a mattress. Instructions on how to open the beds out fully would be appreciated :) Other than that we had a really pleasant stay!!
