Exceptional

Comfy and spacious apartment. Very good location for accessing the pistes. The woman in charge was incredibly helpful and allowed us to overstay on our last day.

Wifi reception was terrible and connection experienced frequent drops. This is specially problematic because free EU mobile data roaming does not apply in Andorra so using a Spanish/French phone is very expensive.

A good stay

Clean, warm, basic accomodation, friendly and helpful staff, provided underground parking at a reasonable cost which was a bonus. Close to the slopes so we got going straight away. We would definitely recommend this place if skiing is your main reason for being there.

The hot water system was limited, not enough for 6 people to have a decent shower after a day on the slopes

Great location & value for money with super receptionist

The receptionist Lara was super friendly and helpful right from pre- check-in through to check-out, and made our stay a smooth and pleasant experience. Thanks Lara!

great stay, will definitely use again when returning to pas, the lady who works on reception is brilliant, we arrived la

big, clean property, 5 of us lads stayed here comfortably, others in pas are a lot smaller and claustrophobic, this was a great size.

The noise during the night and early hours of the morning of selfish idiots also staying in the building was unbearable 3 times at 2.30AM or 4 AM drunk idiots were hammering on our door to get in as they had lost the ability to read numbers. Broken bottles and beer on the stairs and people shouting all night do not make for a relaxing stay. Definitely not recommended if you have young kids or you want to sleep

Great host, large apartments, lovely balcony....but worst mattress ever.

Front office was very nice and helpful. Only one person for both check-in and check-out, so had to wait a few minutes, but nothing much. Was pleasantly surprised to find a parking spot available in the basement. The balcony (enclosed) was a great bonus.

The mattress was the worst mattress I have ever slept on. It was as hard as the floor.

apartments were in a good condition which is not the rule for most accommodations in Pas de la Casa; was quite big and clean.

Really worth the price, could do better on the little stuff I mentioned. Would come again.

The rooms are very big, clean, the kitchen is huge and have everything you could ever want to cook a good meal. There was enough room for all of us to eat together in one room (7 people).

There was not enough water for all of us, and we were 4 in a room of 6 people (we took two rooms total). The wifi is really slow and disconnect sometimes. We arrived at 9pm, no one was at the reception and we had to go to a hotel nearby and ask them to call the emergency number writen on the reception door, then they told us where are the keys. It was freezing outside and snowy so it was a little annoying. I'd expected the property to send me the details to where the keys are in advanced.
