Exceptional

Ani is an exceptional host, nothing is too much trouble, she responds to any request almost immediately. The apartment itself is simply beautiful, it has everything you need to make your stay in Dubrovnik perfect, super comfy beds, stunning views of the city and only a short walk away from all the main attractions.

Wonderful apartment with wonderful host!

Ani’s apartment is wonderful. The perfect location very close to the old town but super quiet. The terrace is perfect for breakfast or an evening drink. Ani is the perfect host - super accommodating and responsive but leaves you be to enjoy the property. She was super helpful when our flight was cancelled and we arrived late in the evening, much later than we planned. Would really recommend as a base for a trip to Dubrovnik

The perfect stay in Dubrovnik

Amazing location, easy to get to beaches, old town, restaurants, but also very quiet. Ani is really lovely and helpful, easily contactable and very quick to respond if we needed anything. Very clean accommodation with lovely views of the sea and the old town walls. Very good bathroom with great shower and all the appliances you need to cook in the little kitchen. Would definitely recommend to stay here- perfection!

loved it !

The location was amazing . just outside the Pile gate. very quiet and comfortable . There was a bunch of steps to get there but that was normal around Dubrovnik and once you got there it was an easy walk to everywhere .

Beautiful location, wonderful host in gorgeous Dubrovnik.

Gorgeous stay in Dubrovnik in the perfect location. Just minutes from the Pile Gate, yet outside the walls - and with a view - Ani's place is exceptional in every way. She is a wonderful and helpful host, who was always there for us, but never too much (if that makes sense - we've had some hosts who are constantly stopping you to tell you things). The home is beautiful and upgraded and still has the charm we were looking for. It was a perfect location - close to everything - and we didn't need a car at all. We loved Dubrovnik from start to finish, and we especially loved Villa Ani. What an amazing stay. Do note that there are steps - as is the case all over Dubrovnik. Highly, highly recommend.

Exceptional

Ani, the host, was very welcoming. She offered a complimentary taxi service to the venue and greeted us at the taxi drop-off point, she even helped carry some of the bags up the (many) stairs of Dubrovnik. The place is as good as it looks and the view is incredible, be ready to climb some stairs for that (totally worth it).

Really enjoyable stay.

The villa was fabulous .we had a spacious apartment including a huge bathroom and kitchen and large bedroom The views were spectacular from the terrace and 5 minutes to the old town. It was peaceful and also central.

The perfect place to be...

A splendid appartment, elegant, comfortable and perfectly located. The house is truly beautiful, full of character, with a magnificent garden and a breathtaking view. Ani is a perfect host, her good advices and lovely attentions added the final touch to this unforgettable stay. Many thanks dear Ani for offering such a superb opportunity to visit Dubrovnik in the best conditions.

Perfect place to stay!

The place was wonderful, such a pretty interior and overall location with garden and patio. We really enjoyed the design, the comfy bed, the huge bathroom,…. Also it was conveniently located from the city - the steps were no issue at all for us (the whole city consists of steps steps steps, so if that concerns you, maybe Dubrovnik is not the place for you…). But most importantly, the service experience was extraordinary. Our taxi from the airport was organized, masks and sanitizer were provided, and we got great recommendations for restaurants and beaches.

Absolutely perfect!

We stayed here for four nights in September. The location and property were absolutely perfect. Each night we enjoyed our view and a drink out on the terrace. The apartment is beautifully charming and updated. Our host, Ani, was wonderful throughout our stay! We look forward to returning in the near future!
