Bien placé mais un peu vétuste

La positionnement de l'hôtel, le petit-déjeuner est bien sauf que sur 5 petit-déjeuners, pas de jus d'orange sur les 3 premiers, dommage. L'appartement est spacieux et calme, pour une famille c'était vraiment bien

Fabuleux

L’emplacement idéal très central. Nous étions 3, avec 2 chambres et un espace en dupleix une 3e chambre indépendante, 2 salles de bain. Chacun a son indépendance et son espace.

Un peu bruyant le soir mais le quartier étant très animé le soir cela ne m’a pas étonné. Et en fermant la fenêtre on dort aisément.

Bien mais gaché par la mentalité du personnel

L'hotel est super bien placé dans Lisbonne. Plein centre ville et tout à coté ! aucune perte de temps pour aller dans les différents quartiers! Les chambres sont très belles et très propres. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment copieux avec beaucoup de choix si vous le souhaitez !

Les employés sont totalement impoli envers la clientèle ... Je n'ai absolument jamais vu cela de ma vie! Pas un bonjour, pas un bonsoir... Les employés bloquent même l'ascenseur le matin quand ils font le ménage des chambres. C'est incroyable ! Sauf le staff du petit déjeuner qui était particulièrement gentil. Pour cela, je n'incite pas vraiment les personnes à y aller....

It’s a nice place for a short stay

Location was great. You can reach everything on foot.

Staff was strange, not welcoming and not even saying hello when you entered the hotel. Room was dark, bathroom super small and the pillow was very thin, almost like sleeping with none.

Happily surprised at how nice, big, clean and the really classy decor of the apartment.

Awesome value, a whole luxury apartment to ourselves so kids could have their own rooms and I hadnt expected that. Awesome location and I was most surprised by how well done the renovations were on this historical property. Very modern, yet keeping the historical character. Super well done!

Muy bien

Nos ha gustado tanto el hotel, como la habitación y la ubicación. Nosotros realmente íbamos solo a dormir pero todo bien.

Me hubiese gustado que supiesen un poco de español ya que es un trabajo que quizás requiere algo de idiomas y no hablamos ni inglés ni portugués.

Família em férias

Quartos muito grandes, cozinha bem equipada, localização excelente com vários restaurantes ao redor. Dois banheiros no quarto para 4 pessoas (estávamos em 2). O apartamento do restante da familia tinha 3 banheiros para 6 pessoas, o que foi excelente.

Quartos muito escuros, pouca iluminação, somente alguns abajures e lâmpadas fracas. Choveu o tempo inteiro, entao a iluminaçao natural das janelas nao foi suficiente. Eu e meu marido ficamos em um apartamento que seria para 4 pessoas, e a cama de casal ficou no meio da sala, enquanto a suite tinha 2 camas de solteiro, uma distribuição estranha das camas.

Балкон в номере и месторасположение. До набережной рукой подать. Интересный бар на крыше.

Цена(, никакого экстра Арта или чего-то такого интересненького в номере мною замечено не было. Только два небольших квадратных стула с портретами Фриды Кало в и духе Поп арта., Завтраки обычные.

A comfortable place to explore the town from

Really imaginative and funky refurb in the heart of Baixa, comfortable rooms and small but good kitchen.

Not many coffee pods are provided on arrival and have to be bought at 1 euro each.

Фантастическое расположение на тихой улице, но рядом с центром и площадью Коммерции. Рядом знаменитый лифт и метро. Отель очень весело оформлен, много зеркал, мы были приятно удивлены. Номер красивый, удобные кровати, в номере мини кухня, чай, кофе. Подсветка отличная, понравилось все! Следующий раз - только в этот отель вернемся.

Outstanding and beautiful: ideal location.

Exceptional location and a beautiful building: the room was modern and there's some beautiful art throughout the building. The roof top bar is incredible and the service staff were very friendly. Clean rooms and excellent value for money.

L' emplacement et l'originalité artistique. Les lieux touristiques sont à 2 pas de l' hôtel.

Non saprai quale camera ti danno

Posizione centrale, doppio ascensore, sempre disponibile acqua, frutta e dolci .

Danno solo 1 card per accedere alla camera, 8nvece 2 sarebbero molto comode, quando prenoti ti fanno vedere le foto di tanti tipi di camera ma non sai quale ti daranno, questo è quello che mi dà più fastidio.

Perfect location, comfy bed and great breakfasts

The property is centrally located within walkable distance to all the main city attractions. The beds were comfortable, appreciated each bedroom having its own bathroom and heating since it was a bit chilly the first few nights. Their breakfast is delicious and my kids favorite part of the hotel.

One of our bedrooms faced the street so it was a bit noisy in the evenings resulting in the need to sleep with a sound machine on. The bathrooms were very tiny. Felt it was unnecessary to have 3 tiny bathrooms for a 2-bedroom apartment.

Well located stylish hotel

The room was beautifully presented and stylish and very well located in a fun lively area of Lisbon. The staff were very accommodating and made a special effort to help us celebrate my mum's birthday. The rooftop bar was a fabulous space. So many good restaurants and bars within walking distance. Great nearby attractions. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anybody on their first trip to Lisbon!

Would have been nice to have a few more complimentary coffee pods but this wasn't a big deal as plenty good reasonably priced cafes nearby selling coffee

Amplo apto muito confortável para 6 pessoas e ótima localização

ótima localização, próximo ao elevador santa justa e a varios restaurantes, lojas e mercado, facil retirada das chaves na recepção do hotel, apto amplo com 2 suites + 1 quarto + 1 banheiro, sala, cozinha, 1 garrafa de agua e 1 garrafa de espumante cortesia e um cartão de boas vindas personalizado.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéalement, et situé et nous a faciliter notre séjour

Si vous cherchez, une décoration qui change des autres hôtels, choisissez celui-ci, il est moderne, il est chic et très atypique. Tout était parfait, nous avons été conquis par le petit déjeuner également. Merci encore au personnel était de très bons conseils.

La ubicación excelente, el apartamento muy amplio.

Habitaciones muy amplias, personal de recepción disponible en todo momento y muy amable. Camas muy cómodas y limpias. Cocina muy bien equipada.

El apartamento olía fatal, encontramos todas las ventanas abiertas ventilando, pero al cuarto día seguía oliendo mal, una mezcla entre olor a cloaca y a sudor. La limpieza del suelo deseaba bastante. En cuanto al desayuno las mesas no estaban puestas, tú tienes que servirte el plato, la taza, los cubiertos y la servilleta, no te alojan en mesa ni te la encuentras a punto para desayunar. Limpieza de habitaciones sin horarios, podía ser a media tarde.

Fantastic location to explore Lisbon

We stayed in mid December and got upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment in a separate building across the street. It was an older building but there was an elevator and the bathrooms were modern.

The lights were inadequate which made the place a little dark.
