A wonderful gathering space featuring a large sectional sofa facing the ocean, gas fireplace, and 50" flat screen with DVD player and digital cable service. Gourmet kitchen fully stocked and equipped with everything the home chef will need. Primary suite has a king bed as well as a large, private, and luxurious spa bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower. 2 reserved parking spaces in secured parking garage. *This Property Is NOT Equipped With Air Conditioning*

Amazing location! Beautiful unit. I love to be able to park the car and then just walk to everything. Plenty of room for our group of 8. The large upstairs living area...with a view of the ocean...worked perfectly for spending time together. Really appreciated having two designated parking spots.

Just a couple of small suggestions. Loose the floor rugs in entry, kitchen and bath rooms or keep them clean. Provide a cordless vacuum for quick clean ups.

Great little retreat

This condo was the perfect place to celebrate my daughter's graduation. We really enjoyed the way that the condo was laid out and all of the amenities. It was great to be able to sit on the little balcony and enjoy a drink while watching the waves, dolphins and birds. I would definitely return. Slight downside was the am noise due to the location right near the alley by the restaurant, but no place is perfect!!

Great Getawy Retreat

Coastal Vacation Rentals are always clean and comfortable. We like to have a full kitchen to fix healthy meals for my grandchildren. The condos we choose are set up for family stays. They feel safe and are half a block from the beach. Restaurants are walking distance. Avila Valley Barn is a 10 minute drive with lots for kids to see. What more could you want?

We had an amazing time at this unit. We've staying in another unit in the same complex, and this one hands down was way better. The fact that you can sit on the couch and see the ocean is amazing. My son loved sitting on the little balcony and saying "Hi" to all passers by. Its super close to the water, so we were able to post up on the beach each day, and walk to our own safe haven to potty. I almost did not want to leave a great review as it's already difficult to find days that this unit is available. We will definitely be back.

The rental was clean, spacious and only feet from the main street and all shops and restaurants. You can see the ocean from the upper balcony and our cars never left their covered, gates spots. Our entire extended family made it home base and we loved it (from 6 months to 78yrs old).

We loved this property. So convenient to beach, shops walking distance to everything. Fair warning delivery trucks and trash pick up is early everyday So can be a bit noisy. This place was immaculate and had all we needed. Very pleased with our stay. We were here mid week so not a lot of people traffic.

The condo was absolutely perfect for our needs since we are now traveling with two teenagers. The dual living areas gave everyone room to move around. The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. Plan on making this one our permanent vacation spot! If you are there on Monday mornings though, just brace yourself for the LOUD garbage trucks :))

This is our fifth year returning to Avila and staying in this perfectly located complex. We vacation with another family also with two kids. We really enjoy the short walk to the beach where we can reserve our spot early on and then walk to the restaurants. The only part that we don't enjoy about this location is the loud noise of the garbage driveway that Custom House restaurant uses. It also smells like gas when the sliding door is open at night. The units do not have AC, so it gets stuffy until you open windows.

What a wonderful place to stay! Beautiful property, steps from the beach and shops and the rental company made everything so easy! My family of four was there with another family of four for Thanksgiving and we all had a blast. The kids loved the giant tub and access to the beach. We were especially pleased that the kitchen was so well stocked and organized. It made cooking thanksgiving dinner a breeze. We would love to come back again soon!

A great spot right at the beach but noisy too.
The house is laid out great but is right next to the loading ramp for the restaurants.
So noisy throughout the day that took away from the frat location.
Needs a larger dining table and ceiling fans in family room and bedrooms since there is no air conditioning.
Great to be just steps from the main ocean front street.
Avila Beach is a great place to vacation!

Beautiful condo! Lots of room for all of us to be together while having our own space. Very close to the beach and town. Drawbacks…did not realize until bedtime the first night that two of our beds did not have sheets on them. Housekeeping found them the next day in a locked cupboard. The noise from the Custom House restaurant next door was loud early in the mornings with deliveries and late at night on the weekend.

beautiful layout in the home, avoid the pullout couch at all costs - it gave us a serious neck and backache, very serene feeling, loved the big couches upstairs, super convenient location, really didn't like having to drop the keys at the office upon departing when we were hurrying to get to LAX.

Beautiful property with tons of room for everyone. My grandchildren "swam" in the 6 foot across whirlpool tub! Easy access to everything. Well maintained home.You are near businesses so there is late and early noise.
