A hight recommendation.

The host Alex was amazing, helped with everything, was always available via What sup, send very informative instruction how to get to the apartment ,places to visit around etc. The apartment has two bedrooms and a bed in a living room ,so it was perfect for 5 people. We were in Larnaka in January so the balcony was less suitable but yes the apartment has a nice balcony with the sea view. Kitchen is fully equipped . The location of a property is superb , close to center , cool cafes and restaurants.

The only thing we didn't like was beds in one of the bedrooms. It looks like they are not for adults , too low and not very comfortable. The apartment is a bit old, but as I say it wasn't a problem at all .

Good place for the beach and exploring the city

The location is perfect. Appartment is full equiped for the holiday needs. I was with a baybe so it was very nice to find baybe chair and bed. We loved our stay and would come back :)

The stairs up to the main entrance was a strugle with the baybe stroller. It is noisy in the evening on weekends. I am not sure how it is during the summer. But it is not a minus, we did not expect quite place, because it is the city center and all the things needed are just on your hands! One bed is just in the corridor (you open the door and find the bed). The others are in the seperate rooms. You have a view to the see but also to the parking.

Convenient flat next to the beach/center

The location is very nice, it is close to all amenities in the city center and 10m from the beach. Also, all buses stop at the next station. The flat is large, there is enough place, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The beds are large. There is no dedicated parking place, but the owner pointed out some free parking places (about 7 min walking)

Well, the flat definitely needs to be modernized. Many pieces of furniture are very used, e.g. one sofa which has a broken leg and cannot be used. Water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom (probably due to heating/condensation). Some of the beds are really hard. So the flat has huge potential but needs to be refurbished.

We liked everything very much. Personal thanks to Alex. Thanks to him for hosting. If we come back to Larnaca, we will definitely visit him again.

The house lacked a bit of cleanliness, but our reservation was late and last minute booking and maybe that was the fault. Overall we liked everything, thank you.

Good apartment to use as a base for staying near the beach.

Fairly spacious for the price. Has the essentials - fridge, washing machine, Wi-Fi, etc. The apartment building itself is nice and well located right on the beach promenade. The master bed is huge and extremely comfortable.

The parking location is a good 5-10 minute walk away; a bit of a hassle to transfer bags and things, or if you have young children and are returning at night. The apartment has a number of things that could do with some attention: broken door handles, light bulbs requiring replacing. The hot water requires switching on for a while before use, and you cannot flush anything down the toilet, even normal paper - neither ideal but pretty common in the area. The living room sofas aren’t comfortable or cosy.

I stayed whilst visiting Cyprus for a sporting event, the apartments were ideal for our group of 6.

The location was very central With bars and restaurants on the door step. At night, there was no noise from the restaurants which allowed for a peaceful sleep. The rooms were big and spacious. I would stay again when I return to Larnaca
