Situated in Wrightsville Beach, this lovely condo for $394 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Enjoy the conveniences of home and more in this comfy, relaxing, well equipped ocean front condo. From the balcony, gaze at the ocean or watch your kids in the pool while enjoying the breeze from the ocean. The white sandy beach is just over the dunes and perfect for swimming, surfing, paddle boarding, boogie boarding, building a sand castle or relaxing. The pool area offers lounge chairs and shaded tables with restrooms and an outdoor shower. Barbecue grills are also available. This condo sleeps 4 people comfortably. Our condo is located on the first floor on the parking lot side of the building but on the second floor on the ocean/pool side. You will have to enter the main door of the condo building for entry into the unit. There is shrubbery and landscaping so there is no noise from the parking lot. The ocean is literally steps away from your door. What's also really impressive about Station One is the walk ability to Wrightsville Beach's restaurants and Roberts Grocery store just 1 block from the condo. Be sure to explore Tower 7 Mexican Grill, King Neptunes or South Beach Grill for dinner options. Grab a coffee at Adapt Kitchen or a quick lunch at the famous Trolley Stop hot dog shack. Coffee and smoothies are right across the street at The Workshop. For exercise enthusiasts, the 2.45 mile sidewalk known as "the loop" is the place to go! The loop will circle the beach and interior sections of the island. Inside, you will enjoy comfortable seating in the living room with a large TV, wifi, dvd player and plenty of books and puzzles. There are also coloring books, Uno and games for the kids! The kitchen opens up the the living room, breakfast bar and dining room table for six. The balcony has a table and seating for outdoor, fresh air meals as well. The kitchen is fully equipped including a coffee maker and Keurig. The master bedroom sleeps 2 in a new king bed. It has sliding door access to the balcony perfect for morning coffee and the sound of the waves. It also has a TV. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Two full bathrooms were completely renovated in February 2019 and give everyone access to showers. Linens and bath towels are provided. Within a few steps down the street, many restaurants await you including a coffee shop and many local eateries. Menus and suggestions can be found in the condo. You will find everything you need close by as you are in the heart of Wrightsville Beach. Washing machines and dryers are located on each floor of the condo complex. There is not a washer and dryer inside the unit. There is also 24 hour security and maintenance on the premises. Unfortunately no pets are allowed in the complex. The pool opens mid to late April and is typically open through October. It is not heated. Times may vary based on the weather. Tennis courts have been updated and are open.

Watching the sun come up over the ocean with a cup of coffee on the balcony....it doesn't get any better! A beautifully decorated, comfortable condo in a very conveniently located area. We walked "the loop" every morning, walked to lunch one day, to dinner another. It was great to have Tim meet us at the condo to help get checked in. We would love to come back!

This condo is perfect. From the decor to the amenities and location....it has it all. Tim, the owner, gave us a private tour and explained all the procedures. The beach wagon and chairs were such a nice bonus. Will totally book again.

My daughter and I had a wonderfully relaxing long weekend. The beach cart and chairs made packing and the short walk to the beach so easy. We also walked to shops and restaurants and did not have to use the car. The first floor made getting to and from the condo quick and easy. Definitely recommend this well-equipped, renovated and clean condo!

We had a great stay at Tim and Julie’s condo. Beautifully appointed and perfect location, it was a relaxing weekend away! The condo is well stocked, beds are all comfortable, and Tim was very accommodating and responsive as we arrived and got settled. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The owners were flexible and communicated with us before, during, and after our stay to make sure everything was as expected. They went above and beyond to make certain we enjoyed our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our "much needed" vacation in Wrightsville Beach at this wonderful Station One condo. The owners, Tim and Julie, are super accommodating, always keeping in touch making sure we had everything we needed. It is centrally located. The condo is well appointed, super clean, bright and cheery. Well stocked with everything we needed. They even have beach equipment, which we happily used and were grateful for the wagon and beach chairs. We also loved the security in this condo. Another plus is that Tim helped us unload our bikes and offered to help unload our luggage. A great view and nice balcony with raised Adirondack chairs which we enjoyed. We couldn't have asked for more!! We will definitely be returning to this gem of a place! Thank you Tim and Julie for sharing!

My daughter and I traveled to Wrightsville Beach for her 16th birthday long weekend celebration from 9/16/22 - 9/19/22. My daughter just wanted to be close to the beach and ocean for our trip. Well....this condo did not disappoint!
This property is SO lovely! The owners, Julie and Tim Robey were so thoughtful and had great communication from start to finish. They have really considered every detail in their condo to make their guests comfortable. The beds in both bedrooms were amazingly comfortable, the bathrooms were beautifully appointed, the kitchen was fully stocked, the balcony had super comfortable seating and everything was extremely clean and well kept! There were clear instructions for the TVs, dishwasher, beach amenities and checkout procedures - we never had to ask about how to do/get anything! There was a binder listing favorite restaurants, local activities and plenty of menus from area eateries to check out.
We actually ended up ordering in for our first night there and it was seamless - it was so great to have a full kitchen with all necessities and the option to cook our own meals. Beach chairs, beach wagon, beach towels, extra linens, fans, drying rack for towels and bathing suits were all provided. The beach access is literally down one floor and about 50 yards - SO convenient! This property is also convenient to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, etc... Everything in this unit is remodeled and up-to-date. We really didn't want to leave when the time came! I'm hoping to get back here with the whole family again next year!! Thank you, Julie and Tim!

Hosts Tim & Julie live 4 miles away and are there for you if you need them. The property was emmaculate and beautifully decorated with a beach motif with all the supplies you need to make your vacation convenient. The view of palm trees, pool, ocean was stunning. The beach is a short walk with outdoor shower and bathrooms by the pool. The location is walking distance to downtown Wrightsville restaurants and shops. The owners take good care of the property and appreciate renters who reciprocate. We would return again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Tim and Julie were wonderful hosts. They are very attentive. They have thought of all the extras that will make your stay very welcoming like coffee/filters on hand, comfy beds, beach chairs and even extra toilet paper :) Next time we are down in this area, we would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for our wedding and it was great! Clean and plenty of room. The owners stayed in constant communication throughout the week. The only downside I can even think of is that you need a physical key to go anywhere - but not a big deal!

We loved this condo! Not only was it super convenient to the beach, pool, and several local restaurants/shops, but it was also more spacious than most beachfront condos that we have stayed at. So nice to not feel cramped! The condo was beautiful and updated, with everything you could need. We normally like to go to different beaches every summer, but have talked about coming back here because we loved this condo so much!
