The beds were uncomfortable and unforgiving on my back the pillows were old and brown with some of them being 2 pillows shoved in one case. Pillows offered no support whatsoever. Rugs were super dirty looking. Almost all of the faucets were loose at the property and could be jiggled around. The master bedroom door would not lock or even stay shut. The balcony door deadbolt was rusted open and couldn’t be locked. The bathrooms are cramped and in desperate need of an update. The toilet seat in the master is so worn the paint is worn in 2 points where you can see the wood. On one of the last days of our stay the water got shut off to the building for 6 hours and we couldn’t flush toilets or do anything. Halfway through our stay the gate code to the complex changed without warning locking us in. When I called the property contact it took ours to get back to me and they assured me the code I was given was correct indicating they had not clue what was going on. Had to get the updated code from another guest at the property to even get out of the complex. The place is arguably to secure for its own good. The check out policy asks you to take out all your trash to the dumpster and toss it before leaving. This is not convenient at all and I feel that for the amount of money and mandatory cleaning fee charged trash should be taken care of.
