Nice, comfortable apartment in a good location and safe neighborhood. Very attentive host, who did his best to accommodate special requests.

Preparatory procedures are a bit cumbersome, requiring the upload of passport information, a cash deposit to be paid on arrival in addition to advance payment in full. Only one key was provided, which was a challenge for three persons with different schedules, as the elevators needed the key to work. The pillows were uncomfortably large, but that got remedied before the second night.

These apartments are located in the heart of Miraflores. There are lots of restaurants near by as well as several parks. The beach is not far and very nice to walk along. You can also watch surfers catch the waves. It was difficult to get in and out of the shower - nothing to hold on to - but other than that, my apartment was comfortable.

The location is good besides lying on the J. Pardo Street is a bit noisy, even with closed windows

Nothing Except it would be helpful to have a minimum of basics such as salt, pepper, toilet paper. But might be due to the exceptional situation -stuck in Lima due to Corona virus.

45 mins from Lima airport (Uber $12), very convenient location, quiet & safe. Stayed 16F, room with striped chairs. The kitchen faucet has a water filter. The host always responded quickly and accommodated the guests' needs.
