Situated in Caswell Beach, this attractive condo for $300 per night is a great option for your next trip. This first floor walkup condo has a beach cottage feel with all the modern conveniences. Load up your beach cart and spend all day chasing the sun (or kids!) between the pool and the ocean - they are steps away. An outside shower and a downstairs lockable storage closet means less sand and gear for you to worry about. Upon check in your linens will be fresh on the beds for you and hung on towel rods so that you don't have to bring them from home or unwrap expensive uncomfortable rental linens and spend the first hour of your vacation making beds (and this is included in the price of your rental without additional fee!) When the tides turn, settle in, watch TV or Netflix while you prepare meals on granite countertops in your fully stocked kitchen, and then have dinner watching the sunset from your private balcony. Blackout curtains, memory foam mattresses, and contemporary bedding mean the sound of the waves will be the last thing you hear before blissful slumber. The Oak Island Golf Course is right across the street or hop on a ferry in charming Southport over to the NC Aquarium in Fort Fisher. This place is absolutely perfect if you want to get to a beach quick, see the beach from a balcony, or just listen to the waves from the confort of your VRBO! It is well furnished and spacious with comfortable beds, pillows and extra blankets. The washer/dryer is a plus! The kitchen had everything needed to eat in and relax. Check in was easy, response was quick, and checkout clearly written and easy to complete. We will check here 1st when we return to check on availability! We loved everything about this place!

My daughter and I spent a wonderful weekend together on this surf side condo…..clean, well-tended interior. Our second floor balcony overlooked a nice pool withe the dunes and beach in the background. Fifteen-twenty minute
drive to the shops and restaurants in Southport.

This place is spot-on in the description of the property. Balcony overlooks pool with great ocean view. Owners contacted us on arrival day. Very clean and well-maintained. Accommodated four adults nicely. Would definitely stay here again!

We've always loved staying in this complex. While this was not the cleanest property we stayed in we enjoyed our visit as always. Communication was definitely lacking. 48+ hours to respond to our message after reaching out about extremely noisy new upstairs owners. That's our largest complaint. Very difficult to sleep because of that. A few cleanliness issues but some of those are unavoidable being a beach condo. So we expected those. Check-in was simple. Pictures were accurate. Enjoyed our morning view sitting on the porch right out of the master bedroom. Kitchen had everything we needed and was nicely updated.

Easy entry and comfortable condo with well equiped kitchen and easy to use Roku TV in living area. Wonderful wide beach, perfect for our grandson's skim boarding. Waves were large enough for boogie boarding and ocean surprisingly warm for early June. Storage shed was very helpful. We also biked the beach every day. The lighthouse climb was very interesting. Beds were quite comfortable. The pool which is right beneath the balcony was quite noisy but closed at 8 each night so not very bothersome. We hope to come back another summer.

The condo was clean and quiet and had all we needed. We loved the area. The only issue was that the pool was closed for 3 days while we were there due to equipment failure. I would stay there again. The area is nice and quiet and low key. We loved our stay there overall.

The owners have made Toes in the Water a perfect place to vacation. They have provided all you could need and have decorated with some really fun nautical and beachy touches. The decks overlook the community pool, but the view of the dunes and ocean are unimpeded. Hated to leave…

We had a fantastic weekend! The property was great! No complaints. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions we had although the info provided prior to check-in and the info provided at the property meant we didn’t have many questions at all. Will definitely be booking again!

Believe the reviews and the photos. The owners were super responsive, and the place looks exactly like it does in the photos. We loved being a 3 min walk from the beach, and accessing all of the chairs and toys made the trip seven better. 5 stars!!

The condo was just as described. The unit was very clean and and the kitchen had everything I needed, including appliances that are top notch. Always nice to feel like you upgrade a bit from your own place! The view is spectacular and even when it was slightly raining, we could still enjoy it from inside. There is a direct path to the beach that is very close to the unit, so enjoyed many walks along the beach with easy access. I did have some trouble finding the exact unit within the complex, but I called the owner and they picked up right away and directed me. Of course, my friends found it no problem! Great experience, and have this one bookmarked as a favorite!

After staying in several VRBO places over the last few years, this property is the best. VERY nice attention to details and very clean. Closer to the beach than we even expected and the view from the porch/deck was awesome. Convenient to great restaurants. Thanks to the hosts, Stuart and Brandon, for great hospitality and superior accommodations! We'll be back!!

This was the second here we stayed and although the pool was broken the whole time we were there Brandon and Stuart were very apologietic and did all they could to communicate with us what was going on. The location is perfect for families with small children- it’s a 3 minute walk to the beach literally with kids and all the beach gear. Easy to go up and down with kids needing things. 10min walk on the beach to the pier. We’ll be booking a third year this year!

Such a perfect location! Warm weekend in January we decided to take off to the beach and enjoy it. Super clean and cozy condo! Nothing beats that ocean sound putting us to sleep every night. Truly exceeded our expectation. Thanks for the stay and the friendly communication we will return!

This condo is in a perfect location with great views. Very clean and comfortable. It's convenient to restaurants and only a few minutes from Southport. The owners were easy to work with and very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

We had great communication with the owners. The property was well maintained, clean and beautifully decorated. It was in a great location for beachy walks, bike rides and an easy drive to every restaurant we went to. We would definitely recommend staying here and will do so if we get the chance to come back to this area.
