About this condo rental

Situated in Cadiz, this charming condo for $83 per night is a great option for your next break. Brilliantly located, exterior facing 1st floor apartment in one of the most beautiful areas of Cádiz’s Old Town. The apartment sleeps two people, has one double bedroom with a king size bed, air conditioning/heating and FREE wifi. The king size bed is very comfortable and the bedroom contains plenty of storage with spacious built-in wardrobes and bespoke hand made shutters on the windows. The shower room is a generous size with the shower, floor and sink made from a stunning green marble. It hosts a double headed, walk in shower, toilet and large wash basin. We have a fully equipped, new kitchen which includes a fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine and a small extendable table for breakfast. We even have a hand blender should you want to have a go at your own Gazpacho! The living room has two large floor length windows with two small 'Juliet' balconies which look out on to the street. All the windows in the flat have bespoke hand made shutters. There is a flat screen Smart TV with lots of digital channels and the option to sign into your own Netflix account. We also have a DVD player, a Bose Bluetooth Speaker and a small library of books from you which you are welcome to borrow a book. The dining table is also located in the lounge and comfortably seats 4 people. We are also able to provide safe and secure parking should you need it. Our garage is located in another building a short walk of about 5 minutes from our apartment. The space is located on floor -2 and is reached by a vehicle lift. A car is by no means essential in Cádiz as everything is totally accessible on foot; the cathedral, the bars, the market, shops , beach etc. Please note: We offer a meet & greet service for all our guests on arrival to ensure you are introduced to the apartment and the garage if you require parking. This apartment is perfectly suited to a couple. Minimum stay is 4 days. Long term rentals available. Sorry no pets and absolutely NO Smoking. Please note that from February 2022, there is a big renovation project taking place in our street. This is the second renovation we have experienced so know that the windows and shutters in the flat are effective against the disruption. The reinvestment in the city is of course very positive but just a bit inconvenient it is in our street. Please ask for latest information.
