Situated in Dominicus, this lovely condo for $90 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. The apartment is adjacent to the “Parque Nacional del Este” (East National Park) of the Dominican Republic and is located 5 Km from the fishing village of Bayahibe; it measures 68 m² with all amenities and is fully equipped. It is situated 30 metres from the private beach of the Cadaques Caribe development, which features a large pool with a bar, a smaller one facing the sea, gardens, a water park and great amenities including shops, bars, cafe and restaurant. It is located close to the town, La Romana, and is within two hours from Santo Domingo. Its location allows beautiful day trips to Isla Saona, Isla Catalina, and Rio Chavon, walking around the “Parque Nacional del Este” (East National Park) by foot or horseback, or simply relaxing in the comfortable private beach facilities.

We arrived and were so excited for our stay here…until we got to the apartment. Lucy met us out front of the lobby and takes you to the room. You have to check in and get wristbands.
She showed us around and then left. It was so hot in the living room so turned on the ac. It wasn’t blowing cold air.
Then I went to turn on the TV. It didn’t work. I tried to close the shades and they were stuck. I looked for the internet password which isn’t displayed anywhere so I had to text Lucy, the property contact. She sent it to me.
I went to plug in our devices and the power didn’t work. I went around the house and only two plugs were working. I plugged my phone into the bathroom plug to see if it work and when I pulled it out the whole socket came out. Then we noticed napkins shoved in between the fan and ceiling.
We contacted the two property people and didn’t hear anything for about 30 minutes. I then called VRBO. They finally sent someone over to look at the ac and the whole compressor needed to be replaced-we were told Lucy checked everything before our arrival which is a lie. They told us that it wouldn’t be fixed for a day or two. The guy reset the breaker and said one of the fuses was loose so it could happen again.
The washer wasn’t working and when the guy finally got it going there was no drying rack.
I would never stay here or use VRBO. They were giving me a whole run around about the refund so I contacted my cc company. What a headache for nothing!

The resort has a pier going out over the ocean with lounge chairs both shaded and sunny. You can use the ladders to go into the clear blue water. Lots of loungers on the beach too plus a beach bar/restaurant with music and fun vibe. Then there are the swimming pools everywhere including a weekend waterslide park! The apartment is super close to the beach and just above the gym and convenience store. The bed was comfortable and it had a great sleeper sofa in the living room. We had a great trip.

The location was wonderful. It was close to the beach. I did not have to walk far for anything. The entire process was smooth. I had to leave early but would definitely want the opportunity to return & enjoy the full amenities of the place.

Traumhaft, wären hier bloß nicht so viele Mücken. Aber ist nun mal innerhalb eines Naturschutzgebietes.

We stayed 7 nights at Ramiro's apartment which was very comfortable, has a well equipped kitchen which we did not used much because the onsite restaurant had great food for pretty good price. Henry the dining room supervisor was awesome, very helpful and friendly. The place has plenty of towels, extra linens, pillows and has a safe for storing your money and papers.The location of the apartment is great only 2 minutes walk to the gorgeous beach, restaurants, store, the gym was just below the apartment. The huge pool was never crowded and great for kids and adults as well. Everybody was very helpful and kind. You can get a private taxi for short trips or pick up even from Santo Domingo airport for decent price as well , Francisco our driver was very helpful and always on time. The casino/disco is only 5 minutes drive away. The little grocery store has basic things with limited choices so if you want to cook you have to go at least to Dominicus shopping which is only like 10 minutes drive. If you like really fresh seafood a local diver guy swims to the shore next to the dock around 2 pm every day with bunch of different fish he catches with spear gun and he cleans them right on the beach as well for very affordable price.The apartment and all the other pictures in the ad are very accurate and you have a little ocean view from the window also. All in one it was a great 7 nights and would highly recommend this apartment to everybody. Thank you for the great vacation.

Nos ha encantado la experiencia , sirve para todos los planes con amigos , con niños , con familia .
El apartamento de Ramiro muy cerca de la playa y muy cómodo para una familia con hijos.
Todo facilidades para que disfrutes de una estancia inolvidable en un país que tiene un encanto insuperable .
Nos ha parecido idílico y seguro que volveremos.
El color del agua increíblemente azul transparente , los atardeceres desde la plataforma anclada en mitad el mar son inolvidables . Se pasaban las
Horas como si fueran minutos mirando al horizonte .
Eso si en cuanto se iba el sol había que salir corriendo hacia casa para protegerse de los mosquitos que esperan a los turistas como presa preferida .
El servicio muy atento en el complejo, todo muy limpio y cuidado , que más se puede pedir.
Si quieres disfrutar del Caribe este es el sitio ideal , cerca de Bayahibe y muy tranquilo para disfrutar de un entorno envidiable .

Amazing Stay,
We spent an amazing month in a privileged place. The apartment is 30 meters away from the exclusive beach.
We walked every morning around the National Park which is by Cadaques Caribe, where the apartment is located.
It is a quite place, but close enough to the different restaurants of Dominicus and Bayahibe.
The apartment was comfortable andwell equipped.
We want to thanks the owner, Ramiro, for being very thoughfull and for his advices.

This complex is unusual. It seems like it was a good idea that has not been as successful as expected. If you want peace and quiet, a nice beach and have a car to travel into town it is perfect. The owner was flexible and helpful. The condo is as described and pictured. Thank you for a nice place to stay.

Apt très propre,plage splendide,nous sommes restés presque 7semaines.nous avions l'intention de retourner .juste un petit bémol ,l'apt est très proche d'un café terrasse et parfois bruyant .mais vers 11hrs P.M ou au plus tard minuit ,tout devient calme.

Appartement bien situé et fonctionnel, personnel aimable et à l'écoute, site très beau, bien entretenu mais un peu loin des commodités, calme (peut être un peu trop quand on a des enfants ou adolescent)
Obligation d'avoir un véhicule, ou utiliser des "guaguas" ou encore avoir de bonnes jambes.
D'une manière générale, très bon séjour.
