Not clean

Swimming pool available and quite clean. comfortable beds.

Bathroom was dirty. The room as well as the bathroom were not cleaned properly. The air-conditioning was smelly and definitely not disinfected for a long time. If turned on for longer time, you'd smell the mold. Towels were also smelly. Generally it was hard to enjoy the stay due to lack of cleanness.

I have been booking this property quite often because I was satisfied with everything.

Maybe, the pictures are not accurate sometimes. You booked a mountain view but you get a sea view. But the stay is really excellent and it's what keeps me coming back.

The room is good but the host could have do better on the cleanliness especially the aircon.

I like that it is accessible to everything.

The aircon on the room is not clean that triggered my allergies lead to cough and colds.

Reccommended!

Location: center of Cebu City, very accessible to public vehicles and establishments like malls, grocery stores and convenience store (7-eleven) Facilities: aircon, pool, comfy bed and most especially, the hot shower. I also like it that there are stuffs I can use in cooking.

I actual enjoyed my stay, didn't care much for the hostess.

It was conveniently located, lots a restraunts, night clubs, sho[pping. Pool was nice and gym was convenient.

Started off rough, did not get the unit I reserved (no mountain view) microwave full of crumbs and rice cooker had ramen noodles in it (half full). My resevation called for me to be on 32st floor I was placed on 16th, hostess said something about the fact that my reswervation specifically listed a room number that didn't mean anything, I paid her incash and she said she would have to go down to desk to get reciept ( never got a receipt).

It was an interesting experience, but 8 days was too long!

Location was very convenient. The doormen were very good at helping with taxis.

My apartment wasn't serviced once in 8 days. No cleaning or clearing out of rubbish. The shower stream was pathetically weak. The lifts were inadequate to meet the demands of the building, especially when one lift seemed to be permanently out of action. The struggle in and out of crowded lifts was not pleasant.

Superb

The facilities are complete for a Solo Traveller. It's in the middle of the ciy so food options are just a walk or motorbike away. There is a laundry service at the building. It's also just a motorbike away from the Mall and IT Park.

The elevator is broke,the front desk told us to use the stares we have to go to 14th floor. And the key card is also useless.

It’s not that good because, the elevator is having an issue and if your in a hurry you will surely be late.

The bed is comfortable.

The toilet bowl should be fixed, theres a water leakage which makes the floor wet and dirty

The staff was not friendly. Ask us to leave before 12 or else they will let us pay 100 pesos per hour in fact when i book check out time is 12 - 12:30. Next time please inform your customer in a proper manner.

Very poor

Location is great. The apartment has utensils and dishes needed for a few nights stay

We had booked two rooms. In one of them -- 28A-- there was water leakage from under the bed. The whole room got wet including my suitcase and clothes inside. The host didn't do anything to resolve the problem. 2. There were a lot of small ants in both apartments. 3. The hot water geyser didn't work properly in 28A, so we had to take cold showers. 4. The TV doesnt have any news or other channels; only Netflix
