Boa, com facilidades e conforto

Espaço muito bom, praticidade, localização

Wifi não funcionou bem, não havia cobertores suficientes. Tivemos que dicar com o ar quente ligado para dormir

Estancia cómoda. No dudaría en repetir.

Ubicación excelente. Amplitud. La atención del personal que lo gestiona fue excepcional en todo momento.

La calefacción central no funcionaba correctamente. Aunque el personal que lo gestiona nos proporcionó un calefactor portátil en 1 hora para solventarlo. El resto de habitaciones tiene splits que funcionaban sin problema.

Madrid, una capitale poco conosciuta ma da visitare assolutamente

Appartamento molto grande, bello e e funzionale situato nella zona pedonale del centro città. Vicino ai principali musei, piazze, bar e ristoranti più conosciuti. Stazione ferroviaria a 15 minuti a piedi. Arredato con gusto. La responsabile che ci ha consegnato le chiavi è stata molto gentile e ci ha dato informazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno.

L'unica pecca le finestre delle 2 camere da letto. Hanno la vista sul retro del palazzo non molto carino. Ma in camera ci si sta solo per dormire quindi va bene!

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Madrid. Highly recommend.

The location is fantastic -walking distance to Sol and the Prado through gorgeous cobblestone streets and impressive architecture. Lots of great little cafes and bars right at your door. The apartment is on the first floor (no lift) and very spacious compared to other Spanish apartments we've stayed in. The bedrooms are quite a distance from each other and the second bedroom has an enclave attached with a full-size single daybed which was great for our 20-something daughters who had had enough of sharing a room. Although there is quite a lot of street noise in the evening the bedrooms are set at the back of the apartment so it was not a problem. The bathrooms are lovely and the Wifi was good. We felt very safe in both the area and the apartment.

There were no bins in the refuse room

I would stay there but only if the mold is fixed. And replace the beddings

Close proximity to many things. Large unit, nice looking interior bed. Two bath

Walk up difficult with suitcase, taxi wasn’t able to enter the street because of closure and we weren’t told in advance. Beds and bedding outdated, back side of apartmentents with the beautiful en-suite very moldy and smelly I got headaches from it.

The apartment is in a nice location in the city center near important sights. The apartment was clean and very spacious. The equipment of the apartment was fine. The hostess was nice. The handing over of the keys was also fine. The hostess was also very helpful in arranging our transfer to and from the airport.

The shortcoming was in the weak wifi, which frequently dropped out. There was also a problem with the front door from the street, which was hard to open (the key in the lock was hard to turn).

Awesom apartment and location.

Incredible location. Close to all three main art museums. Calle de las Huertas and the neighborhood are incredible nice and lively, full of traditional bars and restaurants. Very good food, reasonable prices and very original. A great feeling of the old Madrid. As a bonus it is close to Atocha train station and next to the metro. Very easy to arrive/leave and move around Madrid. Beautiful apartment and extremely comfortable. Nice rooms, a very large living room and dining room. We had wonderful evenings with our family and friends. Daniel and Ana were incredible hosts. Received us on time and were extremely helpful. Great recommendations about the city and solved a problems with the keys, that we left inside the apartment, in less than an hour. Great hosts!

Great host and location. Felt like home. Would recommend to friends.

Location was outstanding. Host was easy to contact and arrived exactly on time with keys.

One of the Twin beds needs to be repaired or replaced. Shower fixture in twin room needs repair.
