Excellent choice for a base in Kanazawa

Excellent location, very comfortable apartment with two clear separate bedrooms. The apartment was very cosy (it was cold outside!), good bathroom, washing machine etc. Parking downstairs was very easy to access. Close to bus transport and the markets - plenty of food options. Very good value for money.

Prima en comfortabel appartment

Goed gelegen appartement in rustige straat. Prima smart tv met netflix .

Enkel het scannen aan de kamer was wat problematisch, want op mijn gsm en die van mijn vrouw wilde de camera niet via de website werken. Gelukkig wel via de gsm van mijn zoon :)

Perfect spot for a visit to beautiful Kanazawa!

Great place, well equipped apartment, nice to have two bedrooms. The owners were very helpful! I recommend staying here.

Make sure to view check in directions on a computer. as of May 2023, the directions are not configured properly to view on a smart phone, with important info cut off. Check in is a bit confusing. Be sure to register your passports before arrival (we did). But once in the building, after scanning the QR code hanging from the apartment lock box, you THEN need to take a selfie of everyone in your party. This was not in the directions, and one in our group had gone off in search of food, so we had to wait…

An excellent stay but the check in process was very poorl.

The check in process was very difficult for non Japanese speakers. The numbers for code were in English but everything else was in Japanese. It took an hour to work out how to enter the property. We had no call feature on our international phones and had to call our Japanese friend to assist us. A very unsatisfactory process for check in.

Exceptional

We all loved our stay at this apartment! It was spacious and comfortable and very well equipped for cooking. Everything was new and modern. The place was clean and communication was quick and easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent property - would stay again.

Clean and well appointed property. Good location close (10-15 min walk with bags) to Kanazawa station. 7-11 store close (6 min walk) to property - contains ATM and groceries.

Minor suggestion would be to include the method of accessing the building in the pdf pack that is sent out. Currently its buried in the email notice that is sent through.

Excellent, highly recommended

Everything about this apartment was well sorted. It's a small building with two apartments only in 2LDK configuration. Very spacious for a Japanese apartment, spotlessly clean, futons were excellent with comforters. Very comfortable stay with young kids. Excellent shower and bathroom facilities. Would definitely stay here again!

I found the beds a little hard. Fortunately the kids wanted to swap to the beds so I got to sleep on one of the futons, which was so comfortable.

nice two-bedroom apartment

Great apartment with lots of space and everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom, especially, was great, with an enormous bathtub. The location is good, a short walk from the train station but also not too far from many attractions.

The air in some parts of the apartment felt a bit damp. a dehumidifier might help. Wifi was spotty sometimes.

Excellent stay under difficult conditions because of coronavirus

Staff managing the property were exceptionally kind and helpful. They went out of their way to make us compfortable when we had to extend our stay because our flight back was cancelled.

The appartment could have let in a little more light.

Modern, clean, neat and tidy apartment with excellent facilities

The apartment was clean, spacious and as per the photos. Easy check in / check out process via lock box. All appliances had good English translations. Tourist brochures for restaurants and things to do were provide. All in all a great place. I would stay here again.

The western style beds were a little hard, but this is not uncommon in Japan
