very noisy group above us from 4am until after midnight 😩 that’s not the property’s fault by no means but it’s easy to hear everything.

Everything was beautiful, the condo was clean, refreshing. The hosts were amazing every step of the way. We will be booking again.

The only not so great thing that happened which had nothing to do with our booking was a family with children checked in to the condo above us and their children ran all night and started at 5am. It was VERY loud.

The condo itself was wonderful. The owners do a great job of providing all the essentials and beyond. Everything was exactly as presented online. Communication with the owners was great. The location is wonderful if you like sunsets, easy access to the Sound and Gulf and a peaceful vacation.

The building is dated. The swimming pool needs attention. The pool needed cleaning, the lounge chairs were very uncomfortable. Minor issue, 4 out of 4 times we received the wrong product from the vending machine.

Exceptional location for our activities. We kayak and bicycle. The beach (Sound side) is a hundred feet away and easily accessible for kayak launch. We kept our bicycles in an alcove under a stairwell in a common area. Our equipment was never disturbed when stored on the property. Parking is ample. The overall property is clean and well maintained. There was ongoing construction to the common pier, preventing its full use, but that was a minor hindrance. It is a quiet, peaceful location. Our rooms were spotless, roomy, with plenty of closets and drawers. Being an end unit gives a bit more privacy and plenty of windows to let in light and enjoy views. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and many pantry staples. All appliances were in good working order. Heating and cooling was easy to adjust. Plenty of hot water for the bath. The back balcony has a lovely view of the bay and faces West for enjoying the sunset. The elevators on the property are convenient and work well. Our host/owners accommodated our check-in request kindly and promptly. Good communication throughout the booking. Lastly, we were happy to find two of our favorite dining spots, JJ Chagos and Cactus Flower Cafe, open and prospering despite all the Covid-19 madness the last year.

Our regret is we could not stay longer.
