We really liked the location and patio. The condo could use some updated furniture along with a deep cleaning.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely Koloa home! The location is spectacular with the views from the lanai. We saw several sea turtles swimming right outside the condo. Host was responsive, property was well cared for and aligned with the listing. Well stocked and very comfortable beds!

Everything about this place is perfect. The pictures are accurate; the ocean is just steps away from the back door. The views are gorgeous, the room is clean and quiet, the bed is comfortable, and everything you could need is close by. We spent a lot of time sitting on the lanai, watching turtles swim in the surf.
Greg was also a great communicator and responded quickly when I had a question!
I seriously can't say enough good things about our stay here. We loved it.

We stayed at this condo in late October 2023. It is all that the photos and description says it is. It is right on the shore (no beach) with surfers going to it just off shore. For a 2 bedroom condo, it is not huge but plenty big enough. The lanai is ground floor and really nice. The view is, at the right times of day, spectacular enough that we saw multiple people doing selfies trying to post "show off" videos right outside. We especially liked the AC systems. The condo has 2 bedrooms and the living area; and it has 3 AC systems, one for each. You can set the temp in each area as you see fit and the systems will cool it. And the parking for the condo was really easy. But of all the positives, the best thing about this condo is the location; right on the shore and centrally located around the Poipu area's stuff. One thing we were concerned about was that the condo did not have its own washer/dryer. Each floor has a coin-op, which proved no problem at all as they were available the vast majority of the time...just bring quarters, $2.50 per load either washer or dryer.
Bottom line - this is a really good condo and when we come to Kauai again, this will be our choice.

Excellent space and close to other places that you will want to visit. Easy to just waist the day on the lawn, but don't forget to experience the rest of Kauai.

I couldn’t imagine staying at a more beautiful place! Right outside the sliding door is the ocean. Every day started with watching the sunrise and ended with a beautiful sunset. The interior was clean and spacious. The property was quiet. I highly recommend staying here.

An amazing location and beautiful condo. The condo was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cookware, etc.
We sat on the patio each morning to watch the sunrise and every evening to watch the sunset. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and the locals are very friendly. The owner communicates well and timely, and was very helpful with suggestions for fun and dining on the island. I highly recommend this property!

Our stay was great, the location was perfect. They were doing construction right next door so it got noisy but the contractors staff were very nice and tried very hard not to be a distraction and kept us informed so we could clear out before the noise started. Other then that it was exactly what I had hoped and plan to return again to that location and if possible to unit 110. Thank you Greg for being a great host

The view of the ocean from the lanai is fantastic! The ocean is about 30 feet from the lanai. Being on the ground floor is great as you can walk from the lanai to the seawall. My wife and I ate breakfast and drank coffee on the lanai every morning. We also drank wine many nights on the lanai. We loved to listen to the sound of the waves crashing. On many occasions, we saw seals and turtles in the ocean while sitting on the lanai. We also watched the surfers when we were there. Some people do walk in front of the condo, but no one ever stopped and obstructed our view of the ocean. My son and I used the boogie boards at Brennecke Beach which was great! The condo was clean, and everything worked properly. The beds were very comfortable. The condo is slightly dated but you are reserving this condo for the view. Greg was very quick to reply to any questions we had. My family and I really enjoyed our stay!

The views from the lanai were just spectacular! We enjoyed watching the turtles meander by and the surfers really put on a show. Unit could have been a touch cleaner, but otherwise the property was great!

Cold air conditioning and very comfortable master bed is really important to us and it didn’t disappoint. We loved being able to watch the turtles and cook our own meals. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Location is super easy to get to local stores and sights. Lots of turtles and surfers to watch. We loved every minute. Thank you!

The property was clean and very roomy for 4 adults. We especially enjoyed the the ocean view. We sat out every morning and evening watching the sea turtles ride the waves. One morning we were able to see dolphins in the distance. Great fun

Condo was nice, especially the location. Beautiful view. Manager was very attentive and helpful. Condo had everything you need for the stay. My only recommendation is that they provide more pillows on the beds. Other than that, stay was great.

We stayed for 3 nights and loved the location of the condo. It was easy to walk to restaurants and the beaches and we loved that it was right on the water. Check-in and communication were very easy. Would definitely return!

This condo is in a fantastic spot right on the shore. Lots of surfers at the adjacent beach, and lots of giant turtles are visible. The unit itself was as described, neat and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay at this property and we plan on visiting again. The home is comfortable and has an amazing view. It truly feels like a home away from home and all of us are so grateful to have had the opportunity to stay in such a beautiful home and peaceful community.
