Gorgeous sunrises from the private patio, beautiful views of the harbor and street below, and perfect location to downtown gems all made it hard to leave. We loved this penthouse! It was so cozy and we felt very comfortable and cared for! I would love to stay there again.

We were so pleased with the condo and its furnishing. The rooms were clean, beds very comfortable and location was perfect! The condo came with bedding, towels and kitchen essentials which made our stay exceptional! We will definitely return to this condo for future stays in Portland!

Gorgeous penthouse apartment! Great location in Portland Old Port. In wonderful location, lots of shops and restaurants. Only minus is that the master bath intrudes into the master bedroom. Issue of privacy.

We highly recommend “Margaret”. The unit was absolutely stunning with such beautiful views! It’s just the right size for 2 couples, and the location is walking distance to plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops. The condo was very clean and had everything you could need. Scott & Karen were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and accommodating. We look forward to another stay with them!

Beautiful place. Everything was stunning. Only drawbacks are ventilation in the front bedroom- with the door closed at night it was super stuffy as it doesn’t have any outward facing windows or air vents. Also the back bedroom was noisy facing an alley- but if you aren’t a super light sleeper it’s not so bad. The windows and lighting was wonderful too.

If you want to splurge and have a get away on Portland's waterfront, this location is as good as it gets. Views from the penthouse suite are constantly changing. A fully equipped kitchen makes eating in a practical option if you have over done it on lobster rolls and donuts. Parking is conveniently provided in nearby lot. We hope to come back someday.

Great location; we were able to walk to just about every meal we had in Portland. Easy access to the water/ferry. Short walks for coffee, shopping, etc. Great place!

My husband and I loved this beautiful, well located penthouse. It was clean, well stocked and provided a great home away from home while we explored Portland and the area.
