We enjoyed our stay at your condo. Beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Convenient short walk to restaurant and club house w/gym, pool, and hot tub. The condo was very clean, updated and nicely decorated and we enjoyed the stocked wood for fireplace. The sunrise was also beautiful over Smith Mountain. Great place for a weekend getaway.

This Bernard's Landing lower level condo gave my Mom and I the perfect mother-daughter getaway combined with a business trip for me. Wifi worked perfectly. High quality, full stocked kitchen, comfy living room and excellent bedding. Love all the natural light and enjoyed making a wood-burning fire. The host was easily accessible and proactively communicated. Well Done!

Enjoyed our first visit to Smith Mountain Lake. Very quiet and the view is excellent. We didn't need a thing, other than food. Napoli on the Lake was perfect and a few minutes walk away. The bikes are a nice touch and well maintained. Thanks!

A little hiccup upon arrival but owner on site within minutes. How he handled the situation showed what great integrity he has. I’m a cook so I appreciated the quality cookware, dinnerware and stocked kitchen items. Soft linens too. Will stay again

Janet’s place was exactly as shown in the pictures! Everything was clean, modern and ready for our check-in and fitting for a lakeside condo. The patio faces the beach and lake for a serene peaceful view. The location was so quiet and relaxing we couldn’t get enough. Janet was proactive sharing information to ensure a seamless experience. I will definitely book again for our next stay on the lake!

This is our 2nd time staying at this condo. It’s a great location in Bernard’s Landing! It’s just a little walk down the hill to the beach area and pool. It’s also a 5 minute walk to the restaurant and the area where you can rent a boat. This property is probably the most organized with check in and check out that I’ve experienced. The owners have thought of everything in the condo to make your stay comfortable and fun. We also love how this is a ground floor condo so you can just walk right out of the sliding glass door and go to where you want! Oh and it’s clean and beautiful!

This was a very clean, cozy and comfortable place to stay. The views were remarkable and we had the conference center with pool, hot tub, sauna, etc. to ourselves! We were even able to hang out on the beach and take a dip in the lake.

This was a great place to spend the weekend! Everything we needed was there for cooking and relaxing in the condo. Napoli by the Lake is within walking distance, reservations are recommended. The perfect setting and layout. We watched a young couple take their engagement photos on the dock and listened to another celebrate their wedding in the Clubhouse. All amenities are close by. We hope to come back soon!

We have been coming to SML for over 10 years and it’s always great. This condo was the perfect place for my fishing partner and I. The space was as advertised and the room was very clean. Check in was simple and we were even able to check in early. It is a great location being just about mid lake. We were able to take trips up the Roanoke and black water arms. I would highly recommend staying here to any couples or small groups.

July 31, 2022 Lovely condo, awesome communication with property owner, updated bathroom. The back deck sitting area needed to be swept and cleared of spiderweb and dead bugs. A couple of things to add to the condo would be a digital clock for the bedroom, a floor length mirror and a couple more sharp kitchen knives. The pool pass did not work to get to the inside pool. Overall the condo was nice and we enjoyed our visit.

The rental was just lovely! It has a wonderful layout and modern decor. When I had a question about boat rentals, she went out of her way to help us find one. The only small thing is that there is not a view of the lake right out the window, but you can see it from the side where the dining room table is located. The view is a large grass field that leads to the beach right beyond and the lake is to the side of that. We would definitely stay here in the future!
