The view is even better than it looks in the pictures. The pool and hot tub are both enormous and pristine. The garden is really neat too. The location for us was perfect. We could pop our beach stuff and toddler into our stroller wagon and wheel around the corner to smathers. The beach chairs and toys were a huge bonus too. We rented a golf cart to pop around the rest of key west. The owners were also so nice and left a check in voicemail and were really quick to respond beforehand. Great stay! We hope to be back : )

We absolutely loved our stay! The whole space is large, clean, and comfortable but our favorite spot was on the balcony overlooking the ocean. We even had an iguana visitor on the first day! The community is very quiet yet not a far distance to anything. We would love to stay here again in the future!

This was a family trip with my parents and brother. This condo is HUGE and provided plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. You can see the ocean from every room and the large balcony which was such a treat. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cookware and appliances to prepare meals. The complex has a huge swimming pool with plenty of seating and also featured gorgeous views of the ocean. We rented a golf cart and enjoyed having an assigned and secure parking spot. The condo is in a quiet spot of Key West but only a short walk or golf cart ride away from the action. So happy we picked this property and would definitely return!!

This lovely condo was perfect for our family. My husband and I had the master and our son (7) and my mom (75) stayed in the guest suite giving everyone one enough space.
The kitchen is well stocked with all the appliances and utensils you would need for cooking. Laundry room has detergent and dryer sheets which I was grateful for.
We would definitely book here again!

Renting a VRBO can be a bit daunting, looking at their description and pictures. We’ve been burned, in the past. I will honestly say this property has been the best. Very accurately advertised. It was perfect. We highly recommend renting from this owner, and we thank them for an excellent week in Key West!!!

This place was exactly what we needed. Huge pool on property. The living conditions were excellent. Two bathrooms and comfortably sleep 5 on mattresses - not couches. Very nicely decorated. Abundance of towels for beach or showering. Having breakfast on the balcony was a nice touch.
Owners were very communicative and offered to be of assistance if needed.
You can walk to Smathers beach in 5 minutes and drive to Higgs beach in 3 minutes. Nice location away from all of the hustle and bustle, but there is not much to do walking distance. That's ok because we spent most of our time in the pool.
I will surely stay here again.

From the minute you walk in you will be wowed! My adult daughter cried because she loved it so much. The living room, kitchen, and primary bedroom are huge! And the shower!! Talk about wanting to shower twice a day, lol. The air conditioning in this condo blows hard and cold! The views are from every single window and the floor to ceiling sliding doors in every room are amazing. At first you may not like all the mirrors but when you realize the purpose of them and being able to see the ocean from everywhere you are, you’ll love them! The ONLY negative I have about this beautiful place is bring ice as the ice maker didn’t work for us and we drink a lot of ice water. Oh, the grounds…STUNNING! We were 4 ladies from 21-75 yrs old and always felt safe!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mike and Lori’s condo. We had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the ocean views. The master shower is huge! We enjoyed the on-site jacuzzi and pool as well. The communication was great from beginning to end. We misplaced the door code and Mike responded immediately. There was an issue with the dryer and the property manager replaced it the same day. I highly recommend the condo to anyone looking for a relaxing stay just a few minutes from downtown.

Great view from the living area of the ocean. Enjoyed having coffee on the balcony. Comfortable bed and nice linens. Master shower is huge! Didn't cook, but the kitchen seemed well supplied. Below building secured parking was a plus.

The property was in a great location, had a fantastic view of the pool and ocean and was very clean. Designated parking spot was a bonus too. Michael and Lori were very responsive with our questions. They checked in with us when we arrived to ensure we had what we needed. We would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Great experience! The condo was clean and offered everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed and we especially enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the morning. The saltwater pool was impressive! Great for doing laps or just hanging out. Overall great stay and just a short drive from the bustle of Duval Street. It was perfect for my husband and myself with our two adult kids. Highly recommend!

We had a great time. The rooms were very roomy and more than enough room for 5 adults and 1 three year old. Loved the very large salt water pool and spa. Was surprised to find a sauna. The kitchen in the unit was well stocked with equipment. Good views from the balcony and perfect for relaxing. Felt very safe parking car in secure and very well lit garage. Should have rented scooter. It would have fit in Parking space available with car. Always love having washing machines available The location was removed from all the night life. Which we liked being able to return to the very peaceful and quiet place.
Overall a great place. Only had a little trouble waking up security upon arrival as we got there very late. Once we got him to answer it was easy to get settled in

We loved being up on the top floor with a great view from the large balcony. Pool is a tranquil spot to relax and wasn't too crowded. Secured parking garage guaranteed we always had a safe parking spot. Condo has lots of room to stretch out and was as nice as the pictures showed. Owner was easy to reach and genuinely wanted us to have a great stay. Within walking distance to South side of island but recommend having transportation if your destination is on North side like Duval street. Will definitely consider staying again there.

The unit was ready and clean upon arrival. Nice linens and towels provided. Comfortable beds and furniture for dining and lounging inside or on the outdoor balcony. Nice extra bedding provided for pull out bed. I was extremely pleased with the supply of everyday essentials on hand such as trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, etc. That was an awesome added touch for the convenience of guests traveling by flight for an extended weekend. The cleanliness of the pool, spa, and outdoor area was superb. Owner response time to a concern was within minutes and exceeded my expectations.

Property was as advertised and great location next to Smathers beach. Far enough away from the craziness of Duval Street, but close enough that a 5-10 minute Uber ride will get you there. The property grounds and common areas were well-maintained and kept clean. Nice pool and hot tub. In the Unit, some areas could maybe use some updating, but the photos in the listing accurately portrayed the unit. The kitchen was adequately stocked for the average-vacation- cook. Best of all, communication with the owner was excellent and he answered any questions promptly Overall it was a positive experience and if we are ever in the Key West area again, we would stay here.

Great view with plenty of space for the kids and us! Just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Duval St but a quick shot in with our e-car to the strip so it was the best of both worlds. Our call would not go through to get ahold of anyone upon check in but there were other people coming and going and a man with a white shirt on that worked that and he helped us out right away. We will be back!

You pay for the view and it is beautiful. Regarding the rules - I like the statement by the elevator: This is a residence, not a resort. And that sums it up. This is a nice quiet place. If you want party city, you need to stay closer to Duval Street. Was perfect for my husband and I and our two older teenagers. Only two dings - the sheets are not 100% cotton which I don't think I've ever encountered at a VRBO rental before. Also, the dryer does not really work. You have to put it on High for 2X60 minutes and then still hang the clothes to finish getting the dampness out. I did report and maintenance came, but when I went to do a last load before we left it still was not working. Washer and dryer both probably need to be replaced.

Condo owner was great and easy to work with. Condo was just as pictured on website, kitchen had everything we needed and condo was stocked with laundry detergent , trash bags etc. I liked that you needed a key for entry into the property, felt very safe. The view from the balcony was stunning. I would stay here again and again. I liked that it was close the airport and hurricane hole marina which is where we departed from for all our water activities every day. Can’t wait to return 💗

Myself and two lifelong friends stayed six days at this beautiful condo. It is well appointed, clean and simply wonderful.
Close to everything and easy drive to Old Town and it's festivities.
We will definately stay here again and hope that it is soon!

Everything about this stay was phenomenal!! The property was gorgeous extremely clean many complements on everything overall. Contact with the owner and property management was grade A for sure. They were very on top of it and happy to help with any questions, fast and responsive. All with a genuine friendly smile as well. Highly recommend!!

Roomy condo with beautiful views, very large veranda to view the ocean, pool and garden area. Very comfortable beds with luxurious bedding. Nice sitting areas both indoors and out with enough room for our family. Nice kitchen and large master shower with 2 sinks in bath. Great interactions with host, easy to access and safe. Close to the beach, pier and not far from many restaurants and shopping. We will stay there for our next visit.
