It is the perfect spot for singles or families, is safe and friendly. We are less than 3 miles to the center of South Beach. Local activities include delicious eateries, fine dining, tourist attractions and night life. The beach and boardwalk are just steps away from our pool area where we have two heated pools and hot tubs. Property Manager manages many of the finest units at the Alexander. Apartment 1010 at The Alexander is a comfortable and well-maintained apartment with ocean and beach views from the 10-foot balcony. The apartment is nicely furnished with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 960 square feet of living space. The apartment has a full kitchen with all modern appliances, cookware and serving utensils, a living room and dining area. 2 bedrooms – 2 Queen beds in master, 2 single twins in guest bedroom Sofa in Living room can be used as flatbed for a child dining for 6 smart flat screen TV's in each bedroom 10-foot balcony with the most magnificent direct oceanfront views Extra guests: Base rate includes sleeping up to 6 guests, additional guest is $35 per night up to maximum of 7 guests. Our resort has some of the finest amenities along Miami Beach, so you feel like royalty during your stay. Came to Miami with a group of girlfriends. We loooved the condo. It was what we needed. It was very clean and looked exactly like photos.
No scam here.
I was nervous booking online but thi was an efficient and trustworthy process. Not one complaint!!

I rented 2 units 1010 and 1003 down the hall from 1010. the 2 units were very clean. The hotel service was lacking big time. This of course is not the owners fault but something to be aware of. The "rules" at the pool were very strict. Security monitors who comes in abd out of the beach gate (you need your roomn key everytime ). Perhaps security coudl be better about remembering who comes in and out . Also, very strict at the pool about drinks. There were a lot of kids and although there is a second "kid" pool, it was closed for cleaning. So there was one pool for everyone and it was very packed. Not very relaxing! Upon sunday checkout we had to wait ~45 minutes to get on the elevator and the bell hop never came up to help us wiht our bags. So overall the units are great but the hotel staff leaves much to be desired.

The room was just as pictured. I did not like the fact they charge you for extra towels when I had a party of 5. The weather was scorching and the air stayed at 74 the whole time.

Two days before arrival I have received a comprehensive email from the management describing the check in process, options for parking, wifi passwords, etc. It was very well thought and made our experience so much pleasant and easier.
The place is right on the beach but a good 20 minutes driving from South Beach so while you are still getting the same sun and sand, you do not get the crowds, which is perfect for couples or families looking for a quiet retreat.
The rooms were clean and spacious, the kitchen was a bit outdated but had everything you needed to make your stay comfortable.
The door to the balcony had some old blinds with stains and looked like it has seen better days. In fact, the entire outside of the building needed some repairs and it looked like they were going to start a major refurbishing soon.
There are two bedrooms in this unit, one with a king bed (master bedroom) and one with two full beds. Each has a bathroom. The bathroom in the master bedroom had some water damaged on the ceiling above the shower.

The hotel has an excellent steakhouse on premises, two very well kept pools with water fall and two jacuzzis. Plenty of lounge chairs on the lawn for people who want to enjoy the sun and access to the beach via a secure gate.

Overall we enjoyed the stay and we would go back again.
