Matelas à ressorts pas confortables du tout Seulement une grosse lumière dans le salon Je me suis trompée en faisant la réservation j'ai noté 1 au lieu de 3 le prix demandé par l'établissement était beaucoup plus cher que booking du vol selon moi. J'ai pourtant envoyé la différence de prix écrit sur booking à l'établissement qui n'a rien voulu savoir et à débitée ma carte bleue beaucoup plus cher ce n'est pas correct du tout

Nice location, nice apartments

Excellent location, very comfortable check in procedures.

Some food left inna fridge from the previous occupants. Kids complained about low comfort of extra beds. No blackout shades, so the lantern across the street is a bit to bright. But all of that a minor issues, overall it’s extremely good!

Great experience

A very pleasant place to rest, permanent attention from the staff, I recommend it as an ideal place to stay. Strategically located near different places of interest, it will be in my favorites when I return to Israel.

This comfortable, fully-equipped apartment is in the perfect location for a holiday in Jerusalem.

I really liked the location. The apartment is close to the center of Jerusalem as well as close to Sacher Park and museums. The apartment has all the amenities anyone would need in a home away from home, including a washing machine and a full kitchen. Any question I had was answered immediately and courteously. Another bonus is the apartment is easy to get to if coming from outside of Jerusalem. There was a card that included all the information a traveller would need including nearby hospitals. The internet TV is programmed to provide information about travel, where to eat, entertainment, etc in and around Jerusalem. The street is quiet, a mix of religious and non-religious residents. I enjoyed the apartment itself. The kitchen is fully-equipped with new appliances and dishes. The living room has a large, comfortable sofa and large windows for light and fresh air. The bedroom has a good size closet and a comfortable bed.

No parking on the street; however, one can park in front of the building to unload and then move to parking on another street.

Will definitely book there again.

Location was great - very near a beautiful park. Within walking distance to the market and Old City and many of the main streets. Apartment was modern, clean and had everything we needed.

maybe that the terrace was outside the apartment and shared with another apartment. but only because smoking reasons, otherwise you don’t need it.

The apartment is big, has 2 toilets, washing machine, a big fridge. The apartment is well furnished, great location, new and very clean

Location is excellent - I would rate property 2 star

Location.

Carpet was old and stained. Mattress was stained and no bed cover mattress was uses. Arrived with towels left in washer that I had to wash. Not enough toilet paper and no cleaning supplies were left. Landlord was not there when we checked in or checked out.

Nothing tbh. Maybe the sofa but that's it. I can't find anything that I like and I'm not sure what other people find.

The room is noisy, there was no hot water for showering and there were no lightbulbs in the bedroom. When I contacted the Property Management Homy, they didn't care enough to do anything so we ended up moving to a different hotel. That was one of the worst experiences ever. You don't have WiFi there, and the signal is poor in the property and it's blocked in the bedroom because the door is made of metal. It's like you're in prison. Amazing Homy Staff (Aubrey) very helpful. Easy access, close to market, and park for our pets across the street. Complete Kitchen. Easy access.

No instructions (English) for washer. Not sure if it was washer/dryer combo or not. Sofa was very uncomfortable and flimsy. Need more towels for shower floors.

facilty was excellent to stay in year end of 2022. room was clean convinient acess to both bus and train.

not so much, but it takes 45mins to take hot shower, so we needed to plan well.

Amazing apartment for family

Wonderful accommodations and overall perfect for our family. Even though there isn’t a front desk the communication with the staff was easy and clear. The location of the property made it easy to see everything in Jerusalem. Plus the size of the apartment provided ample room for everyone.

location was perfect, check in easy, all information provided in time, amenities were great, large fridge/freezer combo, kitchen fully equipped, washing machine with dryer included. support via whatsapp, requests answered within 30min - 1h, so just great customer support. not the cheapest but great for what you get!

Terrible!

Decent location. Very close to Mahane Yehuda market, museum and Knesset.

Filthy place. Had to waste one day cleaning it. Poor communication. Although claimed 24/7 service, had a difficult time having them pick-up the phone. Place poorly equipped. No COVID protocol. Although sometimes a nice guy appeared and tried to be helpful, the building is poorly managed and he did not have the tools to help.

it’s costly to get a decent stay in Jerusalem.

the location, the spaciousness inside of the apt., it’s layout and the fact that there is a fully furnished kitchenette.

1, the shower door is kind of an afterthought, every time we use the show, we can’t help but to have water flooded the bathroom floor. We have to spend time mopping. 2, lightings are too bright and there is no way to adjust. 3, it’s nice to have an air conditioning, but it blowers cold air right to where you sit and sleep. 4, poor quality of bedclothes.
