Отличные апартаменты

Классные и просторные апартаменты. Жили на 4 этаже. Все три спальни с балконами и видом на океан. Два санузла, один из мастер спальни, второй для остальных двух спален. Есть все необходимое на кухне: холодильник, микроволновая печь, плита и много посуды. Чай, кофе, сахар, бутилированная вода тоже были на кухне. На последнем этаже большой бассейн, где можно спокойно поплавать. Хозяин апартаментов всегда на связи, все вопросы решались быстро. Апартаменты в очень хорошем районе, рядом продуктовые магазины и пляжные кафе. До океана идти 2 минуты. Если ещё будем в Коломбо, то обязательно остановимся здесь же.

Not long enough

The apartment had plenty of space, which was a huge plus. And the view was amazing. The whole experience was very relaxing. We had booked an apartment in the first floor, but were upgraded to 4th floor by the owner, which worked better for us. Thank you!

We could not plug in the microwave because it had a round pin adapter, and all outlets in the kitchen area were square pin. Also, we could not get hot water. Other than that, it was perfect.

This is perfect if you’re looking for the space and flexibility of services accomodation. I highly recommend it.

The property is great value for money. Lots of space and good facilities. It is located very close to the beach which has lots of bars and restaurants. The location gives access to Galle and the interior of the island if you’re looking to explore. Mount Lavinia hotel, which has an excellent pool and restaurant, is a 5 minute tuk tuk drive away. The landlord is ideal for serviced accommodation, helpful without being intrusive. He even helped by arranging a driver for our excursion to Galle.

My kids liked the pool on the roof but due to the lack of chairs and/or sun loungers we tended to go to the Hotel pool nearby.

owner need to check the house before renting it .not look at surface only

location is prefect very central

the kitchen stuff needs to be updated. the owner needs to look into this, it has all worn off stuff and the cupboard is not kept clean bad odor and smells, no kitchen towel, the kitchen stuff all needs to change, and no proper spoon, fork, pot, had moles, most of the kitchen stuff the owner need to throw it away n get better n quality stuff living room aircon was not working when we checked in,t.v was there no cable there, can't watch any movies. the owner needs to check the unit is in proper condition before leasing it to the client, not after the client checks in we need to update all the defects. bed quality is cheap quality.

CAREFUL! MONEY WENT MISSING FROM THIS APARTMENT. The owner also asked to pay on the first day which is uncommon. He pressured us to pay the next morning, even though payment is only due on check out. Probably he has some money issues and he is the only one who has a spare key. On departure the loss was noticed and there is no other logic possibility that the foreign Currency could have been lost otherwise as it was stored in the apartment throughout, counted on arrival and missing on departure. CAREFUL!!!

Faizer the owner was a pleasure to deal with. Fast responses to questions and ever happy to help!🙂 The apartment is nice and spacious with a pleasant view. The children enjoyed the roof top pool and the views were great from there also.

Cozy & Comfy Apartment!

The place is so cozy and comfy! Well maintained, clean and fully furnished with all amenities available. The host who welcomed us was very kind and hospitable. This is an apartment in an apartment complex with a balcony facing the beach (Right in front of Steam Boat Mount Lavinia). The beds were very comfortable and they also have a kitchen space to prepare meals if necessary. Also, the location is centrally located which is very convenient. We were able to also use the pool with a great view of the ocean, which was an added feature. Please note that they take a security deposit as mentioned in the policy and will return once you hand over the keys back :)

The elevator of the building didn't work during night time. This wasn't a big problem since the apartment was located on the 1st floor, but to get to the pool it was 7 floors.

Excellent!!

We stayed here with 2 teen boys. This apartment is very clean, comfortable, modern and large enough for a family. The location is great with a few minutes walk to restaurants and the beach! The pool was lovely and clean. Communication was great with the host also. Highly recommend this apartment!
