Wonderful stay, It was better than my expectations.

The property and hosts were superb. The property is located in a central location. The area was quiet and cosy. The facilities were ultra comfortable and the prices were reasonable.

Loved Barbados. The people are so friendly.

It was very easy to communicate on WhatsApp with Shawn prior to arrival. We arranged to be picked up at the airport and he drove us to the apartment, showed us how the door security codes worked and showed us around the apartment. Everything in the apartment was fine, good WiFi, good shower and both bedrooms had excellent air conditioning units. A good fridge, microwave and kitchen facilities were available if required. Payment with Shawn was easy and he gave us a lift back to the airport on departure.

absolutely awful and no communication once on the island, area not desirable and not as described

we couldn’t even get into the property, really bad communication afterwards so can’t actually say anything I liked. lucky our taxi driver waited until we were in, unfortunately even he couldn’t get us in.

Good for a short stay.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. Proximity to beach is about 10 minutes walk.

Room could be a bit cleaner. The towels fall apart when you use them. New matress is needed.

My second visit to Barbados.

Shawn is an excellent manager. He helped me at all times. Clean and safe apartment.

The apartment is not precisely close to the main grocery stores and Bridgetown downtown.

Beautiful, memorable and well worth the Trip!

Believe Apartment is beautifully painted, warm welcome from the host Shawn Who was quite accommodating from the get go! The apartment is beautifully and comfortably furnished, it's quite a warm and welcoming feel! The air conditioning worked great so did the stove top, showers, everything! It's only a few Minutes walk away from one of the prettiest beaches you'll ever see! The locals are very polite and friendly. I never felt unsafe or threatened in any way. It only took 25 minutes to walk to Bridgetown. Alternatively the busses passed mere feet away from the Apartment. However, the apartment's location ensured a quiet atmosphere free from the sounds of traffic, it's just so idyllic! When considering the location, cleanliness, quietude, beach and Bridgetown and convenience stores proximity, the cost of the accommodation is negligible! The apartment wonderfully exceeded my expectations! I am highly recommending it and whenever I do travel to Barbados again I will stay no other place but at Believe Apartments! Thank you Shawn, may God continue to richly bless you and yours always!

Good location and value, great hosts

Good location close to beach Good value for money Good service from hosts Area appears to be safe

Slight mix up with booking as Verna (wife) had not told Shawn (husband) of our booking, so when we landed and contacted Shawn he had no idea of our arrival and stated he would need around an hour to prepare the apartment. This was not a problem and on our arrival at the apartment Shawn was waiting with the keys , he then drove us to a local restaurant to enable us to purchase food, what a star

I Enjoyed my stay at believe Caribbean Apartment I would definitely book this apartment again.

The washing machine had bleach so some of my clothing got bleach mark so think after using the machine with bleach put some more water in the dispenser to wash the bleach out.

Good value, quiet location, excellent comms. and very helpful management.

Very helpful management who arranged for my COVID and travel documents. Quiet location. Nightime tree frogs, occasional cockerels. Excellent aircon. Price.

In December, Barbados required masks at all times. Not the fault of the accommodation.

The property was well kept and maintained. I found the property’s location in great walking distance to brownes beach! There’s also a gym around corner called Big Reds Gym, ideal for those who like to work out. neighbours where all readily friendly and happy to Answer any questions.

Great location for visit to US Embassy

The location was great especially close to MedPlus Medical. This is for persons who are in Barbados for their Immigrant Visa. Excellent location.

The apartment was much smaller than expected for my Mom and I.

Felt very welcomed

Host was nice and attentive, the place had everything I need. I liked it is located in a place where local people live, but never felt unsafe or unwanted there. Gave me the feeling of authentic Bajan daily life.

Everything was fine. The only thing that wasn’t very clear to me when making reservation is what property I book exactly since pictures of the small and bigger flat were mixed. I thought washing machine is in the room, but access to it was separate. Not a big issue at all because the host showed me how to access and use it, but caused some hesitation on my side initially. Also it may get a little noisy so make sure you bring good earplugs. I heard this is a problem for Barbados in general since it is a small island and noise pollution is commonplace. For example - there was a buzzing noise all night long which I later discovered was from people leaving kites to fly around, there were roosters, chickens and cats all around creating a lot of nose in odd hours, I could hear every word of the neighbour living opposite the house, who was talking loudly all day and night, I could hear every car or truck passing by outside etc.

Very nice apartment

No complaints. Clean property with all the amenities. Plenty of space and feel safe.

It’s not a knack on the property itself. There just aren’t any place to eat nearby. The closest restaurant was a 10-15 minutes walk.

A convenient apartment in a friendly neighbourhood just 10 mins walk from the best beach

Shawn made the stay very easy - he collected us from our previous accommodation and then took us to the airport at the end of our stay. There was a reasonable charge for this, and very convenient. Carlisle Beach is just 10 mins walk down the road - powder white sand and great for swimming and snorkelling with turtles. The neighbourhood where the apartment is isn’t on the main tourist drag, so you get to mingle with friendly locals and watch the chickens and roosters on the street.

The traffic on a Friday evening - the apartment wasn’t noisy but it was hard to get around the area with all the buses and minibuses full.
