There is not a lot in the area around

Absolutely lovely apartment. Very nice room, we asked for a later check out and they were kind enough to let us stay later until we needed to go to our flight. Only a 15 min taxi to the airport

A bit confusing entering the property having to go through security

A very nice, comfortable and clean accommodation. Great view too, especially at night! Easy access since all information by the owner was very detailed . Located close to the airport since we had an early morning flight, it was very convenient!

Value for money

Landlord accused me for damaging the kettle and requested me to pay it. I did not use and/or damage the kettle.

stayed here two times, wonderful views of the city/bay and close to the airport! nice room working wifi etc. as well

location is a bit outside, so not so much stuff nearby, but it's a good stop-by when passing by the airport you have to get lucky to get a room facing the city :) I only got it one out of two times

The interior of the room, which was unified in yellow, was very nice! "As for the tableware, there were many sizes such as a large bowl, a small bowl, a large plate, and a small plate, and it was white and easy to use." "There was a rice cooker and a frying pan in the kitchen, but there was no pot, so I would appreciate it if you could arrange it." I would like you to change the frying pan to a new one because it burns easily. It would be helpful if there is also a fly-back. There was a big monitor in the room where we could watch YouTube and we enjoyed watching it. The caretaker was very kind and answered various questions such as the location of the laundromat and supermarket. The key is auto-locked and the security is strong. "From the veranda on the 16th floor, you can see the sea of Mactan, which is very nice." There was a basketball court, a pool, and children's playground equipment next to it, and everyone was having fun. It's close to the airport, and there's an outlet mall about 20 minutes away by tricycle, so it's convenient for shopping.

The frying pan burns easily. Please wash the inside of the pot clean. I'd like an extra bed with a mattress. The futon is too thin and my body hurts. Even so, this apartment was a very nice place.
