OVERALL IMPRESSION - We mostly enjoyed staying in this apartment, and would recommend it to friends. ESPECIALLY APPRECIATED - Very well equipped. Very nicely renovated and clean. Good location ACCURACY OF LISTING AND PICTURES. The pictures were accurate COMMUNICATION WITH HOST - Good DIRECTIONS TO APT - Detailed instructions were provided but we used Google Maps Directions We used exit 5 from Asashiobashi Station Its a pleasant 10 min walk along wide sidewalks then quiet streets LOCATION - Good. Some restaurants in the area, which we didnt try. Covered Shopping Street at end of block - very handy Nice LIFE supermarket at exit 7 from Asashiobashi station. The CHOU line connects to many other metro and rail lines IS APARTMENT RENOVATED AND MODERN - Yes, very nicely done CLEANLINESS - Extremely good NOISE - Occasional outside noise, but not intrusive. SPACE - Good - not at all cramped KITCHEN - Very good and well equipped BATHROOM AND TOILET - Tiny modern bathroom worked well. Stand up shower. Modern toilet HOT WATER - Good A/C - Worked well, both cooling and heating BED – Very Comfortable WIFI, POWER PLUGS, USB PLUGS - All very good LIGHT AND VENTILATION - Bright modern lighting and opening windows

PROBLEMS WE HAD - No where comfortable to sit. No table or chairs. No small towels No translated instructions for appliances ACCESS TO APT. Steep stairs up to second floor. Difficult with heavy suitcases SEATING, TABLE, COMFORT – No kitchen chairs or table. .Small couch was way past expiry date. It was so uncomfortable we didnt use it. LOCAL INFORMATION IN APARTMENT - None. No English instructions for remotes/ appliances

Close to USJ and accessible to restaurants and konbini. Bathroom supplies and towels and coffee and tea supplies. Laundry facility. Wifi.

Pillows could have been larger. Dining space.

Nice and roomy, comfortable beds and bedding. Washing machine was a great bonus. The decor was pretty and simple. The kitchen area and amenities were very helpful. We would stay here again. We enjoyed our stay Osaka is beautiful! Great place for families

We found several hairs on the beds, the place was dusty like it had not been freshly wiped, there was no towel racks anywhere or hooks for towels, no hand towels or wash cloth available, no dish drying rack or dish cloth. Couch was old and stained. These are just a few ideas for improvement.

Clean, bright, huge room in a great location

Huge room in an amazing location close to the train station. You check yourself in but the host was very helpful with quick responses over messages when I had questions. Great location for visiting central Osaka and Universal studios, lots of food around, and very clean. The room looked exactly like the pictures!

Not something we didn’t like but a warning to anyone with a big suitcase - the stairs to the door are quite steep!

I loved staying there and so did my kids

when I want to order the taxi the staff was so helpful and nice she did all she can do to help me and I left my bag with her in the office,

the only the inconvenient thing was there is no front desk that’s make me go with my suitcase to the office to leave them there

Very nice apartment

The room was spacious and very clean. All utensils provided. Love the vibe of the room. We had a pleasant stay and good night rest.

Cozy room, all facilities. Close to universal city

Cozy apartments, large room with all facilities to cook and have a longer stay. ( Iron, ironing board, washing machine, cooking equipments) The location was very near to Universal city ( 20 mins and 2 transfers away) and close to the metro station. Some decent road side eating options along with convenience stores as well

- The room which we stayed in (number 202) did not have sunlight coming in ( unlike as shown in pictures which seems to be from number 201). -The stairs to reach 2 floor are quite steep and with luggage one needs to take extra precautions.

the place was very clean.

hot water was unsteady. exterior building looked rundown and needs curtain to block light coming from kitchen window. the tolls to get to arriving were expensive and leaving the area added up quick.

Absolutely gorgeous!

The room was so clean and the design of the room was perfect! It is a beautiful room. The amenities are great and it is a lot bigger than most Japanese places. We had a very comfortable stay.

Overall, decent place to stay.

I loved the double beds and the pillows, everything was really comfortable. Everything was clean and it was a really nice apartment. It had all the amenities and toiletries you'd expect. There's a nice park that you pass by from Asashiobashi station, and I think they had a little farmers market setup on Sunday. The accommodation is a really quick walk from the station, and there's a Family Mart nearby too.

I didn't get the instructions on how to get into the apartment until a few hours before my check-in time, when it said I should've received it at 6pm the day before, which stressed me out a lot. I was worried that I'd need to find alternative accommodations. I felt that the stairs heading up to the apartment were quite steep and narrow, which made it a little scary when I had to carry my luggage up.

Very clean and comfortable, and excelent room size for the Japanese standards. 5 minutes from the metro station, and close to convenience stores and restaurants.

A bit far away from the main areas of Osaka, but you can take the metro for that very easily.
